Item ad is not the same as item received.

I purchased the pendant initiall necklace for 69.00. It was to be installment purchase, yet the full amount was taken from my bank. I ordered on 6/2 and received it on 6/22. I was never able to reach them by any means. I received the pendant today and it is so small you
cannot distinguish the initial. Please, please don't consider buying from them. They are in fact, scammers.

SCAM!!! I purchased a necklace on 5/27/25, order has not been received and most likely will not be. There is no phone number to reach them and emails are returned undelivered. The tracking number indicates that it did not leave the facility. I wish I had read the reviews sooner.

This is a fraudulent company

This is a fraudulent company - beware! I purchased a necklace and paid expedited shipping to get in time for an event. It didn't arrive in the promised timeframe so I asked to cancel the order. No response. The necklace arrived 6 weeks later and I can't return it. There's no way to reach them.

Don’t buy from this company!

If I could have given a negative star rating I would have done. Mason and Madison are happy to take your money and offer free gifts but REFUSED to accept my return on the grounds I received a free gifts? And it wasn’t the gift promised! They also offered FREE shipping which I paid over $150 for! Making the set I bought VERY expensive and not worth it. I don’t wear it as the colour is cheap looking and obviously not real gold. Total scam artists!

Never Received Merchandise

Placed order 12 February - today is 10 March and they still haven’t shipped my necklace. I guess I have to face the fact that I have been duped out of $200.

Don’t order - they don’t fulfill.

Luckily! I am a US service member with a lawyer who is excited about the opportunity to take down fraudulent internet-based corporations. So… hopefully they won’t be able to steal from people much longer.

Company is a sham

I ordered a bracelet . By chance looked at the reviews after paying. I've have been sending email after email to cancel it. No reply. Confirmation email to accept order and one from Useepay (site doesn't work ) to say they handling payment . Money gone from account and FedEx says they are delivering. I won't be able to send it back for a refund because emails are ignored . Should have checked reviews for these crooks first . Bank doesn't want to know either .

Poor quality and bad service

I purchased a necklace from Mason Madison. It cost me approximately $85. It wasn't very good quality and laid completely wrong. It twisted and didn't lay flat around my neck. I returned the item after emailing them and letting them know the issue. I waited and waited and waited for a refund. I finally emailed them again as over a month went by. They responded by telling me that I had to show them receipt from the post office. Needless to say, I no longer had the receipt. I contacted them again and have not gotten a response. Now I'm out $85 and I don't have a necklace.I would not recommend buying from them as the jewelry is of poor quality and the customer service is lacking

If I can give zero star, I would.
I saw the ad in Instagram and I bought them necklace+ bracelet set for about $200.
I haven't get refund after a month so try to contact but no phone numbers are written.They ignore emails, also they know how to play games of PayPal complain system.... my case was closed already so I'm going to file every complaint I can file!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I bought earrings that were defective and always fell off while wearing them the clip was broken from when I received the item.
They haven’t gotten back to me for the next steps.
The quality is terrible.

SCAM
“Solid gold” haha chain arrived. Looks brassy, dull and is light and hollow . Half the width and different colour to the one advertised. No reply from customer services so I have lost my money. Gutted.

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague! The product listing of a necklace said 18K Solid gold. When I receive the necklace the tag on the necklace said Solid Steel. Yes, it was gold colored. When I went back to the product listing it was changed to 18K real filled gold. No refunds , just exchanges. I email the company and it gets returned that there is a virus in my email. Give me a break!

SCAM SHUT THEM DOWN!

Less than one star. HUGE SCAM I spent over $100 dollars on jewelry that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. It was confirmed with shipping number but package was never delivered. Tried to reach out on multiple platforms and no answers. Trying to dispute with credit card company but no response. SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN !!

These guys are a scam

These guys are a scam. Their site said ship the same day if ordered before 2pm. They emailed me a tracking number but it kept showing the item was never picked up. over the next few days few days i emailed them 3 times. Both through the support email address that they sent me. and their website.

no reply. No update in status. I dont think i will even receive my items. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company.
