Still working with PayPal for reversal of charges. Marvenne has one more week to respond. No help from Discover. Billed charges on this cycle. DO NOT BUY. ELEGANT FLAUD, GREAT AD, NO COMPANY HERE,JUST FRAUDSTERS
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
This company is a SCAM! I bought an olive cutting board and the cleaning oil they sell to keep it in good shape. That was a month ago. They never supplied me with shipping information. I’ve yet to receive anything from them.
Then they charged me $35 dollars twice for something I never ordered!
They’ve stolen close to $200 from my Apple Debit Account.
These people have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They flood my email with useless information, yet never gave me any kind of clear answer about where or when i might receive my order. Their response is “in several business days.” They said the two $35 charges were a computer glitch and my money will be returned “in several business days” that was 3 weeks ago.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Ordered Sept 5 2026, charged Sept 7th 2026/NEVER RECEIVED
This company is a total fraud. The picture looked great, the story was wonderful but the board didn't exist.
They are not answering my emails. I should have been more vigilant but I fell for the story. DON'T engage with them you will be disappointed.
This company is a total fraud. Two $35 membership charges appeared out of nowhere. The $77 charcuterie board shipping tracking doesn’t work. The main website is dead. I filed fraud charges on all three charges.
On August 17, I ordered 4 of what I thought were to be reasonable olive wood charcuterie boards. Ultimately, 4 boards arrived but they are so small they are useless. I requested a refund which they said I could get if I mailed the boards back to Australia! Suspicious, I checked my credit card and found 4 charges that day total $266 rather than the $77 I expected!
It’s a totally fraudulent company.
Here is a photo of my new cutting board.
That’s right; there is no board in the photo. That is because I am still waiting for delivery. According to the tracking number, my order of over a month ago hasn’t even been shipped!!!
The Alba Olive Tree Cutting Board I ordered, NEVER arrived. Plus, there were two other charges which were made on my credit card that i DID NOT authorize.
I ordered on 09/03 an olive wood cutting board from Italy — not received yet on 09/29 & found that it was actually coming from China. I asked for a refund & was denied & actually received notice of 2 more orders placed that I did not place!! This is a totally fraudulent company. I have filed fraud with my credit card company.
This website advertises a 11" x 15" olive wood cutting board for $77. Even shows a cutting board of that size. I received a 10" x 4.5" piece. The website claims a high trust rating from Trustpilot but you will find this is the first review. The entire website is a masterful piece of advertising which, from my experience, appears to be a pile of horse manure. I suspect this is a Chinese rip-off company. Don't waste your money.
