Read This Before and Don`t Fall Into That Trap
You should read this before you buy something from this company.
I bought a Sun Express flight ticket from this company, which caused me huge remorse.
5 minutes after my purchase, I noticed that there was no luggage included in my package which was always included with Sun Express previously, so basically I had just overlooked it when I was purchasing.
I immediately called their call centre to make a change, but no one answered, so I reached out to their WhatsApp chat on their website and asked to change my ticket or upgrade my package.
Shockingly I was told that they were not able to change the ticket and if I wanted to add 20KG baggage I had to pay 50 Euros per flight where the difference between the packages ( which have 30KG luggage) is £9.96 on their very website!
Then I asked them to cancel my ticket so that I could buy it again and this time they wanted to charge me £45 deduction for the ticket that was bought 30 minutes ago!!
That is literally taking advantage of customers` mistakes and horrible customer service.
(Update: I was called by this company on 5th DEC. I couldn`t answer as I was in a meeting. I called them back, they got my information and was told they would call me shortly. Since then nobody has given me a call)

As previously discussed with you, we would like to clarify that changes to flight bookings regarding baggage options are not possible due to the specific rules set by the airline. These terms, which are clearly displayed on both the respective airline websites and our own website, state that a rebooking to a different package with more baggage is not feasible.
However, we offered you a solution by allowing you to add additional baggage (20kg) to your existing booking for a fee of 50 EUR, which is charged by the airline itself. Unfortunately, you did not accept this offer.
As intermediaries between our customers and the airlines, we want to emphasize that we always strive to present all relevant information and conditions transparently on our website. These details are clearly visible during the booking process to avoid any misunderstandings.
As a gesture of goodwill and to alleviate any inconvenience caused by this misunderstanding, we would like to offer you a voucher for future bookings. This is intended to express our appreciation for your trust, even though we are unable to change the airline’s baggage policy.
We regret that we could not find a satisfactory solution in this case and hope that we will have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Don't get fooled by cheaper prices
The worst booking agency i have ever experienced. I had to contact and call them a million times to get refund for a flight that has been cancelled by airline. Each time a new person answered and I had to explain my request all over again.
