Bought a fuji xt5. The customer service is impecabble. They got back to me every single time really fast and in a detailed manner. The camera arrived from Italy to Greece in two days time and everything looks ok so far. I will have to check how the camera behaves but still i am very pleased with the service and i highly recommend Martcom. If you are a company you can do the purchuse as a business and have the VAT deducted which is great too!!

Service pro, trés bien
Je ne connaissais pas Martcom jusqu'ici, j'ai découvert leur site en cherchant des produits spécifique allen & heath. J'ai demandé des informations que j'ai rapidement eu par mail. Suite à nos échanges, de la disponibilité des produits, du tarif attractif, j'ai passé commande chez eux. Le lendemain de mon virement bancaire la commande est partie avec suivie de livraison pour la France. Commande reçu 5 jours après. Je suis donc très satisfait de Martcom et reviendrai prochainement pour de futur achat.
