Professional and detailed. A breath of fresh air in the buying process
I am incredibly glad that I found Ben and Marshall Laurence Surveyors to do a snagging survey of a new build (which is now our home). The service was smooth, responsive, and professional all the way through. On stating that the survey needed to be turned around in short time, he was willing to accommodate this and spent time to talk through the detailed report he produced.
Ben correctly identified several issues that should have been remedied by the developer before the purchase and thanks to Ben’s guidance we were able to negotiate with the developer for these remedial works to take place as part of the completion. Buying a property can be a roller coaster journey and having a high quality professional who takes stress away and delivers an excellent job – rather than adding to the overall anxiety of buying the property and moving in – makes a huge difference!
I’ll leave the words from the developer selling the property: “Your surveyor was really thorough!”

Fantastic service on Lvl 3 survey
Fantastic service! Ben responded to my enquiry promptly with a reasonably-priced quote including some valuable items like photos, drone footage of the roof and damp survey. Communication was spot on throughout the process and we had a follow up call where I was able to ask more in-depth questions and get more advice and guidance from Ben. Really great experience with Marshall Laurence Surveyors. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend.
