I recently purchased a warm winter coat that feels very soft and comfortable,making it perfect for cold weather.

I really like the casual trousers I ordered, as they are versatile and easy to match with different tops.

There were no instructions of how many times to use it, I've developed a sore throat that doesnt go away, the reviews are worrying from someone having COPD desperate to recover or not face death from this dreadful condition. Taking lots of money from desperate people if it doesn't do what it states. So do I bin almost £100 on this product or do I risk continuing with it?

These boots are really comfortable and stylish, I get compliments every time I wear them

Ordered a large and though the label said large, it was tiny. The quality was also terrible. Customer service agreed to refund 70% rather than send it back because "that would cost me too much". Then told me they had a problem with their ticketing system, and then just stopped replying to my messages. Still haven't received a refund.

Shipping took a couple of days, which was reasonable, and everything arrived well packed. The coat feels warm without feeling heavy.

The jackets look solid and well made, no problem with design, but i was looking for something which can easily be paired with other outfits

The quality appears inconsistent across the items ordered. Ordered two piece out of which one was fairly standard

The shirt performs better but not as I expected. The fabric is breathable but can not hold its shape
