Never do this mistake to trust this clinic!!!

I visit Marmara Smile for dental treatment (20 veneers). Unfortunately, this turned into the worst decision I have made regarding my health. Now I am paying for it, suffering and deeply regretting it.

Even during the treatment I developed severe pain which I was told would go away. Not only it didnt go away, but I developed gum inflammation, extreme sensitivity and areas of exposed dentin. My tartar was also not cleaned properly before placing the veneers, which lead to decay under the veneer.
Because of the complications I returned for a second corrective procedure and was promised everything would be redone carefully and with attention to detail, but the problems were not fixed and my condition became even worse after returning to Bulgaria. I even had to seek emergency medical help because of the pain.

At the moment I am under medical supervision and specialists confirmed serious complications after the treatment. I received treatment plans for corrective work estimated around 14,000–17,000 EUR.
For the past months I have been living with constant pain and taking painkillers daily just to function normally. For last 9 months I’ve been eating mostly soups, and I can’t even dream of eating something cold like ice cream.

After everything ive been thru both of my visits i have contacted the clinic, explained everything and asked for my money back so I could start proper treatment because I urgently need corrective medical care, but I was ignored. There is not answer at all.

Based on my personal experience I DO NOT recommend this clinic and strongly advise future patients to carefully research every aspect of the treatment before making a decision, because you pay with your health.

Dangerous Medical Malpractice – Stay Away from Marmara Smile & EY Clinic!
My friend and I visited this clinic in October last year and returned in March 2026 to finish our treatment. It has turned out to be a complete health hazard. They operate under a fake brand named "EY Clinic" in Instagram to attract new people, but the disastrous work is actually done at Marmara Smile.
The quality of their work is absolute zero and severely threatens our health. After consulting independent dental specialists, the diagnosis is terrifying:
The crowns are cemented in a way that makes standard cleaning and hygiene physically impossible.
I am already suffering from severe, painful gum inflammation.
Specialists confirmed that the bacterial buildup underneath will inevitably lead to massive tooth decay, severe infections, irreversible jawbone loss, and the ultimate loss of our teeth.
Do not trust this clinic!!!!

I want this to be an honest and trustworthy review. I just came back from Marmara Smile and my experience from start to finish had been exceptional. From from the first moment I inquired about getting a quote from their clinic about getting dental work done. She explained all the materials they would be using and they are of the utmost quality. And Everytime I had a question she was sure to answer in a timely matter. Sometimes wasn't right away but have to realize the time change from where I live is nine hrs different but as soon as she could she answered every question I had even though I may have asked the same question multiple times with the same care as first time I asked the question. When I arrive at the clinic on my first day I was welcomed with a smile and how my flight was and if I needed anything before start such as a drink or anything. The rest of the staff are just as kind and welcoming. The dental surgeon is kind and very well trained and experienced in dental surgery I had all on 6 top and bottom arches and everything was carried out in a very professional mannor in a clean and modern facility. And the doctor that fitted my temporary prosthesis was very professional and soft handed placing the bridges over the implants and made sure I was totally happy with the bite and fit even though they stayed later in the night to ensure everything was perfect they used the same professionalism as when I first walked in. I can't wait to go back to see their team again and get my final teeth. If you are like me a very anxious person when it comes to dentistry I highly recommend Marmara Smile and everyone on their team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything and my brand new smile.

I received 2 implants, 5 crowns, 2 veneers, and fillings; the results look incredible. They never pushed extra services, just offered honest guidance. Truly a 10/10 experience.

I would highly recommend Marmara Smile! From the coordinator experience to the experience with the doctors, everyone was very caring. I got a simple teeth cleaning and whitening and the way they took care of me was very intentional. They didn’t push additional services on me, just let me know what else I could do if I was interested. My sister needed a bit more work than me and they listened to her MANY adjustments (the girl is quite particular) and made sure that she was happy- they never complained or caught an attitude, they were just interested in listening and understanding what it was that she was asking for. Overall 10/10 experience

Всем привет! Буквально вчера вернулась с клиники. Очень довольна организацией лечения и прибывания в Стамбуле. С консультантом связь была в WhatsApp.Очень милый молодой человек. Прислала ему свежий снимок своих зубов. Он очень быстро отреагировал и прислал мне план лечения. Лечение в два этапа. Первый самый сложный уже прошла. Через время приеду ещё. Трансфер, жилье все по высшему разряду.
Очень рекомендую эту клинику. Ольга.

Из необходимого планировала сделать: удалить зуб мудрости, обновить пломбу и сделать полноценную чистку с осветлением своих зубов и узнать насчет имеющихся у меня проблемных вопросов по циркониевой коронке, которую ставила у нас в России 4 года назад.
В процессе консультации выяснила, что коронка была некачественная и некачественно поставлена и скоро должна разрушиться. На все другие вопросы доктор ответил также грамотно.
