Couldn't be happier with this meal delivery. Every dish is delicious. I went from cooking by microwave or take out to cooking these meals almost every night. The recipes are easy to follow and I feel a sense of pride after cooking.

I love the food and the recipes. However, the last two shipments have not been good. The box two weeks ago was damaged and an element of the recipe was missing. The last box was delivered two days late and everything was spoiled. The smell was horrendous!

Make it easier to plan and change and order in advance. Sirloin steak had gristle running through it and tough as shoe leather.

I love the meal kits through Martha Stewart & Marley Spoon. This is the fourth meal kit company we have tried and it is absolutely the best! It has a larger selection of meals than its competitors and the portions seem a bit larger. The recipes are also really tasty. We kept getting dissatisfied and trying new companies but we have been using it for 4 years and are not planning on switching.

Ice packs are ruptured when delivered.

Instructions are not always clear. They sound like a machine wrote them.

Veggies have been more fresh. I really like getting the extras. For example. Meats and veggies and fruits. One suggestion. Ready to make mixes for dessert. Like brownies

I like the recipes and the portions. I don't like the customer service. I live in two locations and despite changing my delivery address, boxes end up going to the wrong place. They are unwilling to refund any portion of a box delivered to the wrong place.
Occasionally, some of the herbs are wilted.

Everything I've made has been full of flavor, quality ingredients fairly easy to make and the portion sizes are great leaving leftovers.

I 100% would recommend Marley Spoon! My husband and I have been using meal services for years now and Marley Spoon is by far our favorite! We have been a customer for a year now and very rarely skip a week. Great quality food is sent and there are many great options. I love the express meals as we always need at least one really quick meal a week. Do not be scared of some of the more elaborate recipes as we were weary of them but they are some of our favorites now! One other quick note, while I have had an issue only a few times I can guarantee that the amount of issues are far less than other meal services.

I use two meal delivery services and Marley Spoon is my preference. They provide more selections and international variety.

My only ding is that when there is a problem, customer support was not very responsive.

The meals have all been really good. My only complaint so far is that I had a handful of missing ingredients. Although I was compensated for those items, it was still inconvenient to have to make an additional shopping trip to get replacements.

All three of my first shipments have arrived a day late. This has an impact on my cooking plans and meal preparations for the week. The quality of the some of the produce and/or herbs has been less quality than I would buy at the market. It could be because of the late delivery. The meat quality has been good. The recipes have been relatively easy to follow, although since I already cook, I may change the timing of the recipe steps to suit my cooking style.

I am striving to eliminate processed foods from our diet, and I also try to eat a low carb diet as well. Marley Spoon gives me great options that keep meals interesting, easy and a great variety.

Marley Spoon is the best! There is such a great variety of meals to choose from. The portion size is very generous; the ingredients are fresh and the recipes are fabulous. I LOVE Marley Spoon!

Good choices, easy to follow recipies, and quality product. What i love most is that this is clean food for us...simple fresh ingredients highlighted by adding spices or condiments. Not chemical laden for preservation.

Easily the worst of the meal kit service I have tried. Recipes are overly complicated adding extra steps to recipes that do not make it taste better. Flavors are very bland. Uses way too many ingredients from the pantry. I should not need to supply own eggs, vinegar, flour among other things. Favor of recipes is a 3. Needlessly complicated mess of instructions are a 1.

Recipes are good. But often the quality of ingredients (mostly the produce arrives wilted or too far gone) and the missing items are getting too frequent. Something off at least every other box.
