This business is a scam. They sent me the wrong size (not the size I ordered), and then refused to refund or allow me to return them. They ignored me, and then asked me for photographic proof of the size I had been sent. I produced the proof. But by this point they had declared my email address to be SPAM--so I cannot even contact them. I see that many people have had similar experiences--is there nothing we can do to get redress?

PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I received my order 29/06/2023 and I must say the shoes and sandals were shocking. shoddy workmanship and the quality was terrible. the leather sandals definitely weren't leather as advertised and the heels were a different colour. I have been emailing them to complain and get a refund. still ongoing.

I have emailed countless times asking for refund instructions and a returns label as per the returns policy on their website. I really need to return the shoes and get a refund but seems like that won’t be happening, will not buy from them again. The shoes said they were leather on the website but the ones that were sent are definitely plastic.

The shoes were low quality and I had to wait an age to get them. Disappointed

The shoes were not leather they were plastic. Nothing like the pictures £29.99 not boxed and smashed up in plastic so they were in a poor state when they eventually arrived. Do not buy from this scammer

Awful! Badly made, cheap material, broke as I put them on. All previous reviews accurate, I should have read before I bought them. Do not buy from this company!

Shocking service and shocking footwear still waiting for a refund but just being ignored and says on their website of your item is faulty they’ll do whatever they can well that’s a lie

Received my sandals and could not believe how tacky they were very poor quality and one of the zips were faulty got in touch with them and it was hopeless do not buy anything from this company

Do not buy from this company! Sandals advertised as leather, are actually cheap plastic. Advertised as orthopaedic, absolutely not! Sent two sizes too large, would not fit anyway and the company are totally ignoring my emails!
Should not be allowed to trade!

Differently do not purchase. Poor quality no customer service worth talking about. Purchased trainers months back after a long wait they arrived squeezed into small bag. Quality only can be described as rubbish. Badly made. First time putting on tongue of one came away. Wrote to customer service after several months and sending photos of item agreed to make refund. 2 months later and several more messages to customer services still no refund. They were not cheap otherwise would have taken hit . But obviously lied about refund. STAY WELL AWAY.

Delivery took longer than I had expected. I was also expecting a return form incase I had to return my purchase.

I tried many times to trace my parcel without any success. I was very licky to be at home when the shoes arrived. They were skeezed as there was no box or protection around them.
The sole does not look as it was supposed to look and that ruins the look of the shoes….
Having said that, they feel quite comfortable….

Shoes arrived today, took far longer than anticipated. Extremely poor quality, they are not as advertised and only fit for the bin.

I ordered a pair of sandals from Marley Shoes. The ankle fastening was too small to fit around my ankle and they were cheap and unattractive in appearance.
I contacted Marley shoes to ask for a full refund and they asked me to provide an image of the shoes all the while knowing they weren't going to issue me with a refund in the first place.
They came back with a reply that they had carefully evaluated the shoes in question, and it appears they are in proper condition and have been despatched as per my order.
Dear Marley Shoes, you are missing one key thing and that is the shoes didn’t fit!
They offered me a 40% discount to ‘explore alternative options’ and purchase a new pair of shoes with them.
But why on earth would I do that given the dire customer service and cheap and unattractive appearance of the shoes…..

Do not buy from this company.
I have contacted Marley shoes on a number of occasions confirming return and tracking details for return.
I placed an order on May 2nd, 2023.
I returned the shoes.
The refund policy guarantees a full refund within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is return the product.

Keep sending them mails and no reply at all. Have requested refund but no replies to my emails.
They should be stopped from advertising their shoes.

Ordered mine on 3rd August 2023 waited 3 weeks,and,still never arrived. Sent email to them to find out and they said they were delivered on 21th August. No they wernt and I still havnt got them. Keep sending them mails and no reply at all. Will be requesting refund not happy with service at,all.

Saw these shoes advertised on FB and agree with all the other reviewers that have given them one star that they should be zero star rated. A massive scam and company hails from China so I should have known better but failed to check reviews on other sites instead took the word of reviewers on FB. Bought red pair which are NOT leather or orthopaedic as stated in advert but but cheap plastic imitations that don’t fit properly. I would warn anyone on FB not to be caught up in this scam. Do not purchase shoes from this company.

These shoes are NOT LEATHER! I wanted to send them back but they wanted me to pay the postage to China!! They eventually gave me a 30% refund! I bought 2 pairs so lost a lot of money.

My loafers weren’t delivered and they said it’s been delivered, it eventually arrived 2 weeks later, after wearing it ONCE, the sole came off, I emailed them and their response after repeated emails were “ that’s not covered”

Absolutely shocking and pathetic service you wouldn’t expect at a stall in third world country.
