The requested sample arrived next day in good order & that confirmed the colour choice. Trying to speak to a rep was troublesome. One chap put the phone down on me 2x without speaking, the other has yet to respond in any manner to my pm call back message 8/5/25…….. Overall Redland did better, but their product colour is unsuitable

It was quick and easy to order Roof tile samples. The arrived in 2 days, super quick.
It would be good if you can could order some colour cards when you only trying to guage the colour of tiles. This would safe Marley on delivery costs and the customer would need to throw away perfectly good roof tiles that they don't need. Perhaps add an option to the order form to allow the customer to choose a colour swab or actual tile.

We had a great day out, Kev from Marley was great and explained everything in depth! We went in not knowing a lot about solar but come out of the course with abundance of knowledge on solar. I would highly recommend this course to any roofer.

We have a beautiful 1930s large detached house in Bristol. We chose Marley tiles due to the beautiful olde english tile sample they sent us which fit the aesthetics of our house. Within a few weeks of installation the tiles started to delaminate and the olde english pattern has faded and peeled off revealing another layer which looks like just splodges of black paint. It looks truly awful. We've had a dispute since last year but Marley just say the it doesn't effect the tiles durability...that's not the point.

Super fast delivery of free samples to confirm what type of roof tiles I had on my roof that needed replacing, well packaged and then on their site I was able to find a local stockist who could supply me the amounts I needed

Easy to order and delivery was fast

The Marley sample service was very quick and easy to use.
The sample tiles arrived very quickly- unfortunately although they were well packed in protective bubble wrap and substantial boxes both tiles were broken.
However it was still possible to see the appearance and colour match of both tiles for the project which was a great help.

Sample came quickly and is just what we need just need to find someone locally how stock them
