In my career I had the fortunate opportunity to work with dozens of cosmetic surgeons. It quickly became apparent that none compared to the skill and expertise of Mark.

My body bore some pretty typical sacrificial signs of two caesareans, breastfeeding and a 4 stone weight loss. After living with it acceptingly for years, I decided it was time to invest in myself by addressing some of the imperfections that had left my clothes not fitting as flatteringly as they could have.

I was drawn to Mark’s medical expertise after seeing the phenomenal results of some work a friend had done by him. Upon meeting him, I found Mark incredibly approachable, professional, honest and pragmatic about all aspects of the procedures I was considering. I felt comfortable to ask questions without fear of feeling daft or being patronised. The surgery was carried out at Highgate Hospital and was exactly as Mark had prepared me for (including a short, but gruelling and thankfully complication-free recovery). The aftercare has been thorough and utterly reassuring.

I am transformed! Gone are the days when I gawp disappointingly at my reflection. Instead, I feel proud; like a work of art! Mark is a COSMETIC MAGICIAN. I cannot thank him enough.

My experience with Dr Solomos and Bespoke Plastic Surgery has been nothing but perfect.

I arranged consultation through high recommendation as I was unable to breathe on one side of my nose due to deviation in my septum. This was not a major issue, but did affect the endurance training I enjoy.

I agreed to the Rhinoplasty surgery to correct the deviation and aesthetic improvement, but with little expectation on this side as the driver for surgery was for breathing improvement.

The whole team before, during and after made the whole experience much less daunting and the results are by far more that I expected.

I had a breast reduction, lift and implant procedure with Mark Solomos 8 weeks ago. Mark was a true professional from start to finish and he’s an absolute perfectionist!

After losing a lot of weight I was left with extremely saggy breasts (aged 29). This destroyed my confidence, and no diet or exercise could improve the saggy skin I was left with. After my consultation with Mark I left feeling that what I wanted was achievable - I wanted to have a chest again but for my breasts to be in the right position and not too large, so that they were still in keeping with my petite frame.

Christine Blake (PA for Mark Solomos) was incredible from the beginning answering all my questions pre and post the operation - she was absolutely incredible.

On the day of my operation I was quite apprehensive but the staff at the hospital and Mark Solomos put my worries at ease.

Following my procedure I was given all the information I would need and was in regular contact with Christine. I was concerned one of my breasts was larger than the other a few days after the operation so Christine booked me in with mark the next day - and he checked me over and confirmed they were fine and just healing at slightly different rates - the next day they were back to being the same size again. They kept me calm and told me not to worry and had me back in asap which helped calm my worries.

I am now 8 weeks post op and have been given the all clear from Mark - I can go back to doing everything I did before. Im ecstatic with my results and I couldn’t be happier - the scars are healing nicely and the shape and positioning is just what I wanted!

I had bilateral breast reduction and augmentation procedure with Mark Solomos around 8 weeks ago. Prior to my consultation I was worried that the procedure would either be too complicated due to the significant difference in my breast size and the tubular shape of them, or he would not be able to do it due to my age (18). After my consultation I felt a lot more comfortable with going ahead with the procedure as I knew it was now possible and what exactly the process would entail. I also knew that if I had any queries leading up to my surgery day that I could contact Christine Blake (PA/patient care manager for Mark Solomos) and she would answer me as soon as she could.

On the day of my operation I was quite worried as it was my first major operation but the staff at the hospital and Mark Solomos ensured me that it would all be fine. After my procedure I was given all the information I would need until my two post op appointments and people I could contact just incase anything seemed wrong. At first I was quite worried about the size of my breasts but the swelling went down after a few weeks.

I am now 8 weeks post op and I couldn’t be happier as I have hardly any swelling or bruising left. Along with this my scars are very fine and hardly noticeable without putting any products on them so far. They have also settled to a comfortable size that is not too big or too small. I have also noticed a huge change in my self confidence as I can now wear what I want to without worrying about the size difference being too noticeable.

I can’t thank Mark Solomos enough for what he has done for me as I knew that this was quite a difficult procedure. I couldn’t be happier with my results!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I couldn't fault any of my experience with Mark. From my first phone call with Mark's PA, Chrissy, I knew I was in good hands.

I had 2 consultations with Mark, the first being via zoom and the second face to face. I felt so comfortable so quickly and I just knew I was in safe hands. On the day of the surgery (breast augmentation) everything went very smoothly and I was on my way home just over over hour later.

From end to end the service has been phenomenal. Mark is an incredibly skilled surgeon and Chrissy is an incredibly organised and personable PA. Together they are an unbeatable team.

I had a neck and face lift and also upper and lower eye lid surgery with Mark. This included the tightening of my Platysma (neck muscle). I had an ugly “turkey neck” and large “bags” under my eyes. I am 71 years old. Mark carried out all the surgery together under general anaesthetic. He did exactly what he said he would do. I am absolutely delighted with the result. Mark is an excellent, highly skilled surgeon. At the consultation he made a point of explaining any side effects and what could possibly (but very unlikely) go wrong. Also, he told me what to expect during recovery. Therefore, I had all the necessary information to make my decision. He was friendly, caring and reassuring throughout. He even came to see me in his own time on a Saturday morning so I could be checked for hospital discharge.

Mark Solomos’ PA (Christine Blake) was very helpful and did a lot to reassure me and deal with any extra queries about procedures. She responded promptly and was kind and knowledgeable. Christine calmed me down several times because, like most people, I was nervous about my impending surgery.
