Amazing support
I simply love the easiness of the auto hypnose. With a personnal inner tendancy to focus on negative thoughts to myself and what I do "wrong" and not enough, i found in this recording an amazing support to change this habit.
A suggestion would be to have a 15 min version of the recordings so it's easier to listen 2 differents per day, for 21 days.

Great hypnosis
I loved the meditation, but the lack of music and few mispronunciations deflected my focus and made me feel uneasy and unable to relax completely. It would have been better for me if there was some background music or noise included. Anyway, what's important is that I am having the perfect pregnancy for now and I'll provide an update once it's finished.

I been working in the tape, and I feel great because I notice change in my mind, so I hope finish in about 5 more days.
The question that I have is, if I want to work more in my habilites to speak in public and express my knowledge is this the audio do I have to hear or is any other that can help me to improve more.

The download worked properly and so did the discount code! But the best part was how great the audio has worked out! I did the "overcome the fear of puplic speaking" and was thrilled by its effect.
