It was very easy, and most importantly, Mariner has a really friendly team of staff members who are there to help you answer any questions. I decided to complete my quote and payment over the phone rather than online, and there was no problem at all!

Initially the first quote for a Lotus…
Initially the first quote for a Lotus 9.2 didn't come though. I did explain this to Jason Hunter who tried to say that it must have done and wasn't particularly friendly. for the next quote of the Carpenter 29 i fif send a couple of emails with a condition report and images to Jason. No acknowledgement of receipt and when the quote did come through on the 1 st Oct it was flicked on as an attachment with no comments in the email. With our yacht sales we always believe it is good practice to acknowledge an email and when quoting to at least say hello and see please see attached. Not what i have been used to from Mariner in the past. They have always been friendly and helpful...

Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry that your expectations were not met here. In reviewing the file we can see that we had 2 email addresses on file and the email in question that was forwarded to you followed one to your other email address with all the usual civilities . It was done in haste with the priority being to get the information to you as we understood that getting cover in place was the priority, hence dispensing in this case with the usual greetings. We do take your point regarding communication style and appreciate your comments and will I will note across the wider team should any future situations arise like this. Regards , Aaron Mortimer.
