Marina is one of the best therapists I've worked with. She's highly intuitive, kind, encouraging and someone I would work with again in a heartbeat. I undertook a hypnotherapy course for 30 days and can't believe the change that I went through on a really subconscious level. I still listen to her recordings and the difference in myself from when I started has been incredible. She really helped me to break old negative beliefs and patterns of behaviour that I will forever be grateful for. I will definitely be using her again in the future to work on other things.

I'm glad I found Marina I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to have my healing journey through her. Something in me instinctively trusted and chose her, her presence is calm and healing. I didn't know what she was working with I didn't even do my research I didn't want to know that it might be something I would think that it wouldn't work for me I didn't want to have this belief so I started my sessions with her with zero knowledge just trusting my guts. I wasn't even expecting anything because I've had these relationship traumas and phobias and boundary issues with me for years I never thought they'd leave. Changed started happening from the first session and by the end of my sessions I started setting boundaries I started to speak up and put myself first I wasn't afraid of the ppl who traumatized me and used me anymore I figured my patterns and my behaviors too and I started loving myself I quit the job that was very bad for my mental health and where I didn't take anytime off from for 4 years and Also had a burnt out from for 2 years straight. I used to have chronic migraines that was triggered by many things mostly stress my body used to flame up inflammations everywhere I couldn't sleep or eat or have a proper social life. I used to sleep 3 to 4 hrs for almost 6 years. After healing with Marina ❤️ Now I sleep 6-7 hrs I feel at peace loving myself and not scared of setting boundaries taking good care of myself and got a new job and my migraines rarely visits. Used to have atleast 15 out of 30 days migraines. Now I have it once or twice a month. I'll always be thankful for Marina I love her deeply and I will continue my healing journey with her. Marina works wonders I always look back at the sessions the journey and my heart warms up and it's almost hard to believe that someone actually helped me out of a state that I've been in for years.
