Tectah have been brilliant throughout. Very helpful with everything. Initially dealt with Sammy to get the ball rolling and more recently dealt with Omio on the tech side. I’ve met Omio in person and he is a lovely bloke. Very helpful and very clever as Tectah’s I.T. Specialist. If I have any tech issues Omio is always there to help. Can’t fault them at all. Been the best thing our Charity has done offering wireless payments, all thanks to Tectah.

Got mislead into contract by their team member and not got any help by management, instead they charged huge cancellation fee which was not agreed at time of contract, when stuck with software problem no real help was provided

A company that rips their customers off!
Please do not deal with this company, they mislead you and tell you everything is ok and then send you an invoice with fees that they said they would pay.
They ignore your calls, customer service is very poor!

So had their equipment for over three years after signing up for three years. Card terminal failed in March 2024 and has still not been replaced. Till has now since failed and they will not replace. This has been ongoing now since March 2024 and so now have cancelled my direct debit payment which the first one was due today. By "coincidence" this has now generated in a call to which they admitted it being unacceptable to wait this long and asked what they could do. I informed them to collect their rented equipment as I am out of contract and their response was that I will now have my credit rating affected.
I have fulfilled my contractual obligations and payments throughout yet they will not cancel and collect their equipment

Edit in response to Andrew: You called yesterday and basically said that you will send the account to the collections department and that I will personally become blacklisted. The problems are that the card machine became faulty in MARCH 2024 and in MAY 2024 the till terminal failed. Your response was not to replace the card terminal "as none were in stock" (yet the company advertises they are available for new customers) Failed terminal, again no response "as windows issue"
Lets be clear - the equipment is RENTED - the contract has ENDED and you will NOT accept the equipment back without CHARGES for RESTOCKING amounting to THOUSANDS.
