Margo & Main Arvostelua 

I am often hesitant to order clothing online, especially pants, but these fit very well. The waist is comfortable and the shape is flattering.

Such a pretty blouse. The color is lovely and it has a very feminine look. The sleeves were slightly longer than I normally wear, but I simply folded them once and it looks just fine.

I have worn this top several times already. It looks especially nice with dark jeans and a simple necklace.

The products were so cheap I threw them away

My first order from Margo & Main was a pleasant surprise. The pieces were tasteful, comfortable and easy to mix with things I already own.

Very disappointing experience with Margo & Main. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company.

I ordered a pair of pants that were advertised as a “linen blend.” When they arrived, the garment tag stated that they were 100% polyester. On top of that, the pants were completely transparent and, in my opinion, the quality was extremely poor. This was not simply a matter of the pants not fitting or me changing my mind—the item I received did not match the advertised fabric description.

I contacted Margo & Main because I wanted to return the pants for a full refund. Instead of providing a reasonable solution for an item that was not as described, customer service repeatedly tried to convince me to keep them. I was offered store credit, then a 25% refund to keep the pants, and eventually a 40% refund. I repeatedly explained that I did not want the pants or store credit and simply wanted to return the item.

Their response was that I would need to arrange and pay for international return shipping myself in order to receive a full refund. They refused to provide a prepaid return label or cover the return shipping—even after I specifically pointed out that the pants were advertised as a linen blend but arrived labeled 100% polyester.

After multiple emails, their final position was essentially that I could either pay to ship the misrepresented item internationally or accept a 40% refund and keep pants I do not want and cannot reasonably wear because they are transparent.

I find this return process unacceptable, particularly when the product received does not match the material advertised on the website. I would recommend that anyone considering ordering from Margo & Main carefully review their return policy and be aware that you may be responsible for international return shipping even if you believe the item you receive is not as described.

Based on both the product I received and the way this was handled by customer service, I would not purchase from Margo & Main again.

I ordered my usual size and the fit was just right. Comfortable through the waist and not too tight across the arms.

I’m extremely impressed with the customer service I received. When the shoes I purchased didn’t fit quite right, they went above and beyond to make things right. Instead of requiring me to return the shoes, they generously offered me a credit toward another purchase.

I truly appreciate how easy and hassle-free they made the process. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its products. Thank you for the outstanding service and for making what could have been a frustrating experience such a positive one!

The style is very nice and I like how it looks with my black pants. The fabric was a little lighter than I pictured, but that will actually make it nice for warmer days.

This is one of the most comfortable tops I've purchased in a while. Soft fabric, nice length and plenty of room without looking oversized. I have already worn it several times.

Not only were the items I received made from extremely poor-quality materials that did not match their appearance on the website, but the company has also refused to honor its advertised 30-day return-for-refund policy.

Given the prices, I expected a much higher caliber of materials and construction. I followed the return instructions on the company's website, completed the required return form, and answered all of the requested questions. I then received an email asking me to further justify my return request and provide photographs. Since then, I have replied to that same email thread six separate times, clearly requesting to proceed with my return. Rather than honoring its published return policy, the company has continued to delay the process and pressure me to accept store credit instead of a refund.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
