I have been trying to arrange for the return of an item for over a week and a half now but with no luck. First, the returns portal wouldn’t allow me to request a return. Then when I was able to, I have been sent no documentation or instructions. The response by email says you get the documents immediately but it clearly isn’t the case and I don’t understand why they can’t just email it to me given there is clearly an issue. I suspect if I ever get the documents, I could face the same issue waiting for the money to actually be refunded. I would avoid buying online from this brand until they sort themselves out as clearly not an isolated issue given other reviews.

Dreadful. No response to the multiple email messages requesting an update on my order. They also failed to respond to messages on Instagram and FB too as well as the "Contact Us" form on their website. Clearly they don't want to assist with a refund (which has already been approved by them), so there's no choice but to open a dispute with my credit card provider.

Malgré plusieurs mails de relance, je n’ai tjrs pas été remboursée d’un article retourné. Épuisée de devoir renvoyer un mail tous les 3 jours… Ça fait plus de 3 semaines qu’on me fait tourner en bourrique!! 😤

Vêtements de qualité.
Cependant temps de réponse très long du service client.
Je n’ai donc jamais pu faire le retour de l’article puisque le site ne trouvait pas ma commande.
Je déconseille la commande en ligne.

Les vêtements sont sublime et le personnel est d’une gentillesse énorme !

Ich habe vor einem Monat die bestellten Artikel mit Sendungsnummer zurück gesendet. Diese kamen an, die Marke weigert sich jedoch bisher das Geld zurück zu erstatten und reagiert nun auch seit Wichen nicht mehr auf Mails. Ich muss nun versuchen über Paypal an mein Geld zu kommen.

Le colis n’a jamais été livré à mon adresse. Aucune réponse du service même après le démarrage d’un litige avec PayPal. Commande fin août, pas de perspective de remboursement et une absence de réponse aux mails.
