Marbelltcg Arvostelua

Ordered a booster box and the next day received an email to say that the order was cancelled as they couldn't ship to my area. I'm in the UK as are they?

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing the service from Marbell TCG has been. They are a true community brand that actually takes care of collectors! Between the lightning-fast email responses and the friendly, wholesome interactions, they are honestly the best. I wish more teams operated like them.

I will 100000% be shopping here again and telling all my friends and family. Absolutely incredible. Love you guys! x

Ordered some One Piece and Pokemon sealed products. Great delivery time and fair prices, but unfortunately there was a rip in the cellophane for the Pokemon tin.

Was extremely pleased following communications with Marbell TCG regarding the order and their commitment to making things right. Great service!

Absolutely brilliant experience! The Pokémon cards arrived super fast, were very well packaged, and everything was in perfect condition. Prices are some of the best I’ve seen, especially compared to other sites. Really happy with the purchase and will 100% be ordering again. Highly recommend to any Pokémon collector! 🔥🃏

Fantastic experience with marbelltcg!
Shipping was incredibly fast, and a minor issue was handled quickly and professionally. Would 100% buy from this shop again.

Very happy. Super service and great communication. Went over and above. Highly recommended 👌

Great service as always. Fast delivery. Reasonable prices

Brilliant service, excellent packaging and stress free! Pulled my chase cards to which made this an enjoyable experience.

We had bought an Ultra Pro binder for a Christmas present, and the quality of some foil detailing on the cover was very poor, abysmally so.
I emailed Ultra Pro and received a very generic reply fobbing me off back to the retailer; I suspect it was a bot, but even so...
Luckily the retailer was Marbelltcg, who take their customer service really seriously. Their email was apologetic (even though it wasn't their product) and warm and human. They straight away offered a refund and this was deposited into my account that day.
I will happily shop with them again for anything Pokemon related, and will loudly recommend them to other parents of children into their Pokemon! It's fair to say I will also advise those parents to stay well clear of Ultra-Pro.
Good customer service shouldn't be this rare. Well done, Mabelltcg, and thank you.

Very quick dispatch over the busy Christmas period. Excellent customer service. Would purchase from again.

If you are interested in quick delivery and great value cards. They are offerings designed to meet these needs efficiently. You can expect prompt service coupled with excellent pricing on a wide selection.

Delivery fast all fine with packaging

Shipping was fast and never have any issues with my purchases from marbell. I just wish it stated the vileplume was a holo because I was hoping it was the none holo and it didn't state if it was either a holo or none holo rare

Marbelltcg are brilliant and very caring towards the card collecting community. Me and my little brother collect pokemon cards as a hobby, however with scalpers and everything on retail going out of stock in minutes it's nice to actually purchase these sets.
And finally one last thanks to them for giving us a free card with our purchase me and my brother were ecstatic when we added it to our collection.

Delivery was swift and items were very well protected in how they was packaged, will definitely be order more from here again. Check out was also very straight forward which I like.

Fantastic company! Great products and customer service. Speedy, well packed delivery! Perfection 🤩

Great product, my son is extremely happy. Prompt service

I placed an order on the 24th October, the package arrived on the 29th. Unfortunately there were 2 items missing, I took some photos and emailed the team (this was after opening hours so I did not expect a reply for at least 2-3 working days), I know mistakes can happen so just wondered if the other items may be coming separately, so wanted to clarify as it stated it would come in 1 box. This was also an order I had placed for my nephews birthday (November 6th, I received a response the following day, 30th, apologising for the mix up and that they would rectify this and send the missing items out. The items arrived on the 1st November and the team were so lovely and even put some freebies in there. I am extremely happy with the service I received and how quickly this was rectified, a big shout out to the whole team. My nephew will be so excited to unwrap these :)

Used to be good for getting Pokemon TCG products for a good price but now have become another store that has succumbed to greed with massively overinflated prices from distribution, just to profit off the popularity. Some wonderful examples:

Mega Charizard UPC - £124.99 RRP, their price - £229.99
Mega Battle Decks - £14.99 RRP, their price - £22.50
Mega Evolution ETB - £49.99 RRP, their price - £69.99

For the sake of the Pokemon community, I'd urge all customers to avoid doing business with this ilk or it will never get better. :)

Excellent customer service throughout. Made for a smooth and enjoyable process of buying some new packs. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Fantastic work.
