Ran a race and was expecting to get a complimentary photo from MarathonFoto as advertised in the race description. Turns out, I'm barely visible in the pictures they selected. I reached out to support to ask if I could swap it for one where you can actually see me, and was told the complimentary image is "predetermined" and cannot be exchanged. So essentially, they give you a free photo you can't even use, and if you want a decent one, you have to pay. Feels like a bait to push you toward purchasing. Would be nice if they at least let you pick which free photo you get. Disappointing experience.

Total scam company. Promises full resolution pictures, but sends you highly compressed resolution photos for a crazy price.

When confronted with doubtful business practices, they continue to lie about that they use too old technology despite, that you can see in the exif files of the photos that it is top of range equipment, but that they just decide to send customer poor quality

Super fraudulent
