Excellent service, items were great value and quality but it was the outstanding customer service from Stacy who really went above and beyond that really made it top class.

The goods that I ordered haven’t yet been delivered.
The message is ‘We’re sorry that it hasn’t been delivered. We’re working to get it’s on its way on the next walking day and we’ll let you know when it’s on its way once it out for delivery.’
I have waited for a few days for this delivery and I need to post it for Christmas.

Found this site by accident, read the reviews before ordering and crossed my fingers!! Customer service was excellent when I realised I didn't add the free gift. The item itself was a great price as it was in the sale and good quality however I paid extra for express delivery as it was for my grandson to wear for Halloween and it arrived 5 days after ordering instead of the 48 hrs stated.

I stumbled upon this lovely shop whilst shopping for my granddaughter. I found what I needed at the best price I’d seen, and topped my basket up with lots of other bits and bobs for her, and now my shopping is done. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Came really quick, too.
