maple and Mangoes shouldn’t even get a star that’s how bad company it is. First I paid premium price for a monster silverhawks figure. 130 dollars plus shipping . What I got was the wrong figure. Then it didn’t come in a shipping box. just came in a reusable Amazon box. Upon talking with them after sending 10 emails and a week later got a response to send figure back and they will send the one I ordered. What happen was this no figure sent back to me no explaining why. But they did charge me to ship there figure back to them even tho it was there miss up! Then they didn’t issue a refund til I told my credit company that were scamming me out of my money they charged. And only refunded half of my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM JUST A DIRTY SHADDY COMPANY ! YOUR HARD Earned money could be spent giving to homeless person then giving them your business! HOPE PEOPLE HEAR THIS WELL GOD SPEED MY FRIENDS

Terrible customer service! Item arrived damaged and was told that’s on me and I could send it back on my dime to replace it and pay for return shipping AND a 15 percent restocking fee. Get out of here

I preordered a hard to get Sh Figures Zarbon true power figure at the beginning of the year, and received it a little bit earlier than expected. I also ordered some other dragon ball, marvel and star wars figures with it. Everything came in perfect condition. Great Store!

I ordered from Maple and Mangoes, items they claimed to be in stock, indicating items ship within 24 to 48 hours after ordering. Several days passed, my credit card long charged and the transaction posted, but no tracking information. I go back to the email their system sent me..AFTER I ordered, and noticed they say they're gone for a month and won't be fulfilling orders at all. I immediately wrote, demanding a refund, informing them I have no intention of providing them an interest free loan while they sit on my money, my items and are on vacation. They're for a birthday for crying out loud. I did not see any indication of this at all before ordering, and who in their right mind would expect a company to take orders under these circumstances? Their reply was to refuse any help telling me to wait until they're back, not even acknowledge my refund request, and could care less about my anger and frustration. Absolutely unacceptable, and underhanded. I filed a chargeback case with my credit card company, opened a better business bureau case and will let everyone I can know about the non-service I received. Just a putrid experience.
***update May 8*** I received an email telling me they're cancelling my order, but keeping 15% of my money...when they're unable to fulfill it, because they're on vacation for a month. You CANNOT make this up. THIS is who you are dealing with if you choose to purchase from these entitled lunatics. Obviously I'll get all of my money back via the chargeback as the credit card company says this goes against VISA'S terms of service with any merchant. But the trouble is absurd. Avoid this merchant at all costs.
