I had a similar experience as most. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Merchandise was extremely low quality compared to what the pictures looked like on the ad. Asked for a refund and was offered 10% refund and told that they would not pay for return shipping and that the shipping was very expensive to Vietnam. So took the hit and lost $43.00 or so and have pants that don't fit.

I ordered an XL pants. No way were they extra large. Company will not give you a full refund. Ended up with 20% (their was math was not 20%) but got to keep the pants. Each message came from a different place. Don't do business with.

Requested a exchange since the pants did not fit and then the issues began. 10% credit and keep the pants, then 20%, then 25% refund but needing to ship to Vietnam. Web site stated free returns, 100% customer satisfaction and no issues with exchanges. Avoid those merchant - claim has been raised with credit card company. Save your emails and screen shots too!!

They advertise a wide range of sizes, but it appears that they only make one size like a small medium and then put different size tags on them so they can say they shipped the right size. Even when confronted with indisputable photo evidence they refuse to accept responsibility and offer you a 10% refund. If you persist, they may increase it to 20%. Thank your god for credit card companies reversing charges on clear scammers.

If there was a zero, I would have rated this company lower. Their size charts are pitiful, and their idea of a color is worse. I ordered my size but they were too small (I should have known they were foreign made). I ordered Khaki and the pants were mustard yellow. I attempted to exchange and was told it was not their policy however they offered me a $15.99 one time credit toward a different purchase. What a joke. SHAME ON ME FOR NOT READING THESE OTHER REVEIWS FIRST!!!!

It appears that Manzaset may now go by the name Menzafit. Probably because Manzaset has received poor reviews, so they are trying again under a different name. Regardless, my experience buying from Menzafit has been awful.
I purchased two pairs of men's pants, both in size 32W/34L. After many weeks of waiting, I finally received my order, however too late to bring on the planned trip. Even worse is that when my husband tried them on after returning from the trip, they were much too short to be 34L. We measured the inseam and both pants were 29L. That's when I also discovered that the size tag on the pants had been trimmed off.
I contacted the company to see if I could exchange for the correct size and their policy for returns/exchanges was anything but hassle-free. I have made many online purchases and had to return a few items over the years. I have never been asked to jump through so many hoops, even though it was THEIR ERROR in sending me the wrong size. From the time of purchase to when I was able to provide all the information requested for the exchange was just over their 45 day window. This was my mistake, however the company was not at all interested in owning their mistake and allowing me to exchange the items. So now I am stuck with two pairs which were not what was ordered, and do not fit.
The fact that the size labels were deliberately cut off makes me question the company's integrity.

I have placed one order through Manzaset and they have tried to replace the 3 pairs of pants with the wrong sizes two times. The first was an order of 36” waist and 34” length. I received 32” waist and 29” waist and showed them pictures of the pants measurements with a measuring tape. They said they would send me the correct sizes. I received the second order of 32” X 29”; and again they sent the wrong sizes. They also asked me what does the measurements tag show on the pants. I told them that there was no measurement tag inside the pants. I’m now waiting on a response to the second replacement order from SHOP-AID PYE. LTD or MANAZSET or MENZAFIT. This has been going on since July 31,2026.

Wrong size sent, they will only refund 10% of total cost ($4.50) OR I have to pay triple ($15.99)to get bigger size! And what size i even ordered isnt clear on the tag! They just put anything in the bag, ship it, and keep your hard earned money!

This is a straight up SCAM !!!!!!! I have the same troubles that the rest of you have (10% refund, no exchanges, send pictures, etc). I have filed a complaint and received a report number from the Federal Trade Commission. I also filed a complaint with the Colorado State's Attorney General's office. Since these people, working with another scam artist, store-aid, have semi-local addresses, I've also contacted every news investigative service in the Denver area. I might lose all of my money, but I'm going to make their lives a living hell !!!!!! Deceptive, unethical, and down right dishonest !!!!!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of their women’s stretchy pants in the size they recommended. They didn’t fit. I contacted them to return them and was told to take a picture of the shipping label, of which I couldn’t since I didn’t keep the shipping package. I could pay an additional $20 and keep what I had to receive the correct size or keep what I had and receive a15% refund or return the items to Vietnam (from the USA) and pay the shipping which would be more than $75 to receive my refund. I chose the$15% refund to which I never received. Even after numerous emails that went ignored. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!

Garbage products that are not what's shown on the website or ad and you can't return them without chopping off your own hand. It's a scam. I would give them a zero if I could.

Like others have said, this is a terrible company. The pants are not what was advertised and were the wrong size. There wasn't even a label or size anywhere on the garment. Customer Service is nonexistent and when they responded 10 days later they asked for a pic of the label (that does mot exsist) and then they ghosted me.
DO NOT BUY from these clowns!

I ordered 34x30 tectic flex pants. The waist was size 28. Quality was very poor. Stay away from this company. In fact I recommend, first checking out any web site company before placing an order. Especially, if it’s a company out of China. STAY AWAY from this company

Beware! Not only did Manzaset send me nonstrechable pants that had a sewing flaw in the seam, I was given the same $%^%%about sending a picture, tags etc.

The other beware part is that the I'm getting lots of ads from different "companies" that have the same approach, for those pants, bras, etc. They are all the SAME COMPANY.

Why don't these sites be forced to take this fraud down!?

The clothes are not sized for the American market and even though I selected the size they recommended, they did not fit and the company refused to exchange them. I didn't ask for a refund, just an exchange for a different size.

Very poor customer service, if you would even call it that. Item ordered was for an adult but would only fit a child. Customer service said for another $35 US they would resend new product at the correct size. Nuts

I placed an order for pants that upon arrival did not fit so I requested to return. Got an inital reply requesting photos of my shipping label and the tag on each pair of pants? Submitted that days ago for "evaluation of return claim"? No response to follow up requests for return. Bad company and customer service. Will be contesting purchace with my credit card company next!

Definitely a scam. We ordered pants for my husband of his usual waist and leg length. The pants received after 4-6 weeks were several inches short on both measurements. When we emailed them, they insisted they had sent the correct size. We sent them a follow-up email with photos demonstrating the size was incorrect. They then agreed they would return our money if WE shipped the faulty pants to Viet Nam at our expense. Otherwise, they offered a 20% refund. We'll ask for the small refund and report them everywhere we can. We won't hold our breath waiting for the refund though!

Wow….wish I read these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 pair of pants. Reviews stated sizes were true to size. I should have known better, because probably came from China and thus small. When I contacted to return, I was told they would send me different size for $26 or I could get 10% refund. What a load of BS.

I ordered the same size pants that I wear from mainstream stores like Women Within and Catherine's but the pants are extremely small. The company insists they sent the correct size but how would they know? The size is not identified on the clothing. They have only offered a 10% refund. This company is a rip off and definitely a buyer beware. Check the Better Business Bureau before ordering.
