Nessir and Manzor were good movers, careful and fast.

Movers, Nassir and Manzor, did a great Job moving our stuff! They were nice and friendly and took all of our stuff well to oir new home.

Had a wonderful experience with Nasir. I was late to the collection point due to train delays and he reassured me over the phone that he was going to wait for me. Collecting my belongings from storage was smooth and easy. I was feeling quite rattled and anxious by the process but he stayed calm. Would recommend this service again!

If you are looking for extreme stress, hire them. Details below:

I was moving house so I contacted a local guy and then Man & Van came out about 10 percent cheaper. The local guy asked me to send him video of everything that needs to be moved. Whereas they asked me to send them a list of item. So I took my time created a list which is here:
List of items:
1x Dining with 6 chairs
1x L shaped sofa
1x Single big sofa seat
3x Sideboards
1x King size bed with mattress
2x Double beds with mattresses
3x Side tables
4x Chester drawers
1x 2-Door wardrobe
1x Shoe rack
1x Small study table
1x Fridge
1x Freezer
1x Dryer
1x Washing machine
1x Dishwasher
1x Lawn mower
1x BBQ
1x Small Garden table
20-25x Boxes
5-6x Suitcases

Based on the quoted, I hired them and turned out to be a big mistake.
Now they are professional movers. They should know what the above list means - they did not.

First, on their booking sheet they mentioned that two trained professionals will arive between 9:00AM-10AM. At 8:58AM, I receive a call, saying that they will be arriving at 11:30AM. That was the start of stress.

They came at 11:30AM, loaded up the van, made one trip and then I receive a call from the owner or manger that because these are two trips you need to pay another £400. This was at 3:00PM on the day - sounds like taking advantage. After a bit of argument, I told him that I will not pay £400. His argument was that you did not read the "fine print" where it says that that this is for one trip. Now how should I know that this will be done in one trip or two. They are the professional movers. Also the movers broke the leg of one of the side boards.

I had to make other arrangements and paid £200. In the end, they were like 25% more expensive.

Also, they have this Google Guranteed promise, I am going to investigate and report them as they are in the business of taking advantage of people. It seems that they just look for an opportunity and then strike.

Could not have made a worse choice of moving company . Having booked a Luton and having been asked to send across an inventory of items to load, the removers left 2 display cabinets and 2 TVs behind.! The excuse was that they had run out of space! Given that they requested an inventory to load up I was not expecting to be informed that they were not able to load all of my items. There was no sense in how the vehicle was loaded, no equipment was used to move my items which has resulted in both my sofas being damaged. The removers were really not careful with items and damages other things to including a large wicker basket ( the handle got ripped off.) Because they left items behind I now have to organise another trip to collect them from my neighbours, at my cost.. The company did not accept to pay any kind of compensation to assist with this or for the damage done to the sofas.
I do not recommend anyone to book this company if they are looking to move.

Bit of confusion between whether we were paying for number of hours or items to be moved. If it is items, ensure you say tell them exactly what you want moving

Marvellous service

Prompt efficient provision of a quote and arranging date and time with Osman. The team reached out the day before to push out the pick-up time, which worked better for me. I was promptly notified of a delay due to breakdown of the van. Cameron and Nisar did a great job of loading and unloading my flat contents with care. I unfortunately got stuck in traffic, but Cameron and Nisar worked with the storage unit reception to gain access and wait patiently for me to unlock the unit.
