Scammers!!! For a kids train instructions manual they asked less than a euro, responding two days after they couldn't find it in the system after so much effort.

And this morning I am getting a message from my bank that the 150€ payment was declined due to insufficient amount on the card and a message from the scammers that they are sorry I unsubscribed from their website. They are getting reported further. I wish I was here before to check them out first.

I ordered a manual off them which was duly emailed for £0.82. Then a week later (15/01/2) they tried to charge my account with £130. Thankfully it was blocked. DO NOT use them...

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Am reporting to trading standards a 95p manual will turn into them trying to get £130 for a subscription you didn't sign up for. Disgusting wish I'd read the reviews.

I purchased a manual for 89p, 4 days later I had a transaction -£ 131.00 from my card, not happy one bit, luckily just today my card paid me back. I did get the manual 5 days later but was too late.
They have not responded to my e mail asking why and how this £131.00 stolen from my card.

I did not authorise payment for this manual. I have previously asked you to reimburse me for the payment you took from my account. Please do so ASAP.

Similar experience to most others. €.95 euro cents for a manual that website implied they had. After 30 minutes request still shows as processing. Have cancelled subscription immediately and will seek refund of initial charge.

Seems to be a complete sham. Avoid at all costs.

Didn't receive the manual requested for 95p, then charged E149.99 for 2-monthly subscription. Absolute rip-off. Contacting the bank.

Originally ordered an instruction manual for a certain microwave price 82p. They sent the wrong one and then charged me £132.00 subscription a month without my knowledge. Had to go through my bank to dispute unorthorised payments and the bank blocked them too.

Beware this website. I ordered a manual for a small price. They then tried to take out over £100 for a subscription I had not signed up for. Luckily my bank blocked it.

I regularly hand wash garments but the spin only doesn't work. The garments are still wet through at the end of a very lengthy cycle when all you need is a quick spin . The dispenser tray is full of water at the end of each cycle. I wish I had read other people's reviews before buying.

Requested and paid for workshop manual for a Honda CL77 motorcycle.
Initially recieved a manual for a Chrysler Pick up,then after contacting manualsmate I got a 7 page document on helpful tips.
Waste of time and money-BEWARE!!

Absolute scammers,they charged me 0.95euros which I thought was all I was paying only to find a month later they charged me 149.99 euros saying subscription fees even though I hadn't signed up to anything,total scammers they should be shut down as nowhere did it state these fees when looking on their website.fuming.

Absolute rip off why are they still on google search? Initial manual 83p then £132 bimonthly subscription charge which automatically kicks in after 7 days. Whilst this is on website certainly not clear and hidden under benefits heading??? Basically scam outfit. AVOID!!!!

Be very careful when dealing with this site, you are automatically signed up to a subscription after 7 days! When your 1st payment is as low as 90p they then go on to take £ 132.00 from your bank account

My complaint is along the lines of the majority of people speaking here. After agreeing a payment of 85 euros online, £130 was taken without any notification. I've contacted my bank who have prevented any further theft from my account. I've also emailed these scammers for a refund but I'm not holding out much hope. When I was on the website tonight writing my email I noticed there was a further payment due to be taken of £149.99. How can they be stopped?

Moin, ich habe ein Manual für unter einem Euro bestellt, keins bekommen, dafür aber eine Kreditkartenbelastung von 149,99 €. - Da hilft nur Finger weg von Manualsmate.

Achtung Abofalle!!! Für 0,95€ ein Manuell bestellt, dieses nicht erhalten, dafür 7 Tage später 149,99€ für ein nie abgeschlossenes "Abo" (wofür?) auf der Kreditkarte belastet bekommen. Rückforderung und Strafanzeige läuft... Finger weg von dieser "Firma"

Absolute shower, like many others I was charged for a larger amount than published a few weeks later. After cancelling they continued to deduct £24.90 form card even when I had closed by account. They are deceptive, uncommunicative with a terrible business ethic. I do not trust them. I am reporting this behaviour as credit card fraud.
