If I could give no points, I would. GPS tracker turned out to be airbags. Delivered in plastic package. Impossible to get tracking software downloaded.
Contacted customer services, who responded asking for photographs, sent them. Heard nothing since.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

sent the wrong product after 3 weeks and have tried to get in contact with mansuri and i am being completly ignored! do not buy anything from them.

There are many poor reviews on here all saying the same thing - avoid this company as it is a scam as I discovered. I ordered three cat trackers but a week later three key ring “antilost devices” arrived with a range of 25 metres. Cats tend to wander a bit further. It’s clear this is a scam company and their advertising is deliberately misleading l. I paid by credit card so I am requesting a refund. I doubt Mansuri will send a returns label as they think they have £60 from me for three devices costing a few pence. Don’t buy from this company but if you make the mistake and read these reviews after purchase like me, I hope you paid by credit card.

Ordered. Want to return but believe me the contact is unbelievable. Had one email with instructions to video of the delivered item... SILENT SINCE. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. IT'S A SCAM!!!

I ordered two mansuri cat trackers. I didn’t receive a confirmation email of delivery but money was taken immediately. I sent a number of queries but did not receive any reply. Eventually i received what appeared to be two luggage tags not what I ordered. No receipts or invoice. Despite requesting a returns label and a refund several times, I have still not heard anything from this online company.
I believe that there is some kind of scam going on as a legitimate company would have a way of getting in contact especially if a mistake has been made and the wrong item delivered. Their phone number does not work and their contact details do not reply. Very very disappointed and I don’t think I will get my money back.

Placed my order w Mansuri.com on May 8th and after eleven days I have no items, they are a scam company as I now realise by checking out reviews, ugh
I hope that this will stop others from wasting their money and time, looking to keep their pets safe, DO NOT buy from this company, it’s a scam and they are just common thieves!!!!

The product advertised bears no resemblance to the cheap Chinese theft device you receive, so I too have fallen for this scam and no doubt lost money. Only criminals would sell something they claim will help you track vulnerable people, but which does nothing of the sort. Will Emily Buring come good with a refund?

Paid £45 for 2 GPS trackers for my dogs. Both came 3 weeks late. They can barely track from my outside garden before they disconnect for good. They are cheaply produced rubbish. Don’t come in the same packaging or description advertised. Honestly how can this company even be running? Now comes the hard part of getting my entitled free refund, and after reading these REAL reviews on this website wish me luck getting my hard earned money back from these scammers🤞

This is a scam company which has been reported to the National Cyber security Centre.
I placed an order but did not receive email confirmation and still not received my order.
The telephone number is blocked and does not ring and I sent an email with no reply.

Massive scam. Not a god tracker that can be used from hundreds of miles away as stated.
A Bluetooth connected wireless tag that doesn't even work to the end of my garden.
Absolute rubbish.

Not even worth 1 star. Like others GPS elderly person tracker was nothing of the sort - a useless Bluetooth keyfinder - this company should be out of business for scamming people who have real concerns for keeping elderly relatives safe - my partner went missing recently requiring a massive police search - I bought this in good faith - they should be utterly ashamed of themselves

Received 3 ‘GPS’ trackers but they don’t seem to be what has been plastered across their website. All disconnect as soon as you leave the house so absolutely useless, tiny rubbish instructions and don’t seem to be GPS at all. Now struggling to get a reply from them. Might be a huge case of false advertising. Let’s hope i can get a refund without an issue..

Ordered cat tracker but got no confirmation email, item never arrived. Customer services were useless could not give me any updates and very unprofessional. AVOID!!! I wish I read these reviews before I wasted £30. I would give this minus stars if I could

I placed an order online 6 May but did not receive any confirmation of order. I sent them an email on 9 May and again on 11 May, chasing confirmation of order, but no reply received.
Then I read the reviews up here on Trustpilot and realise that I'm probably not the only one having such problems. Thank goodness it's only £45 and I paid by credit card, so will reclaim payment in 30 days if nothing good comes out of this order.
I'd suggest any future prospective buyers steer clear of what (I now realise) seems to be a "too good to be true" product offer. Silly me!!!

I have had the same issue as others on here. Bought two cat "GPS" trackers For £40+ and have found they are just the cheap key finders, that have limited distance and are not fit for purpose. Have been requesting return and refund from customer service, who keep advising me the evidence that the tracker is unused is being "reviewed". I don't think I'll be seeing a refund for this item.

UPDATE: I did at least get a refund so changed my rating based on this.

Sent wrong tracker. I've requested refund and was asked to send video proving I had received wrong tracker I did this and still no refund. Now ignoring my emails.

All looks great until you receive the item (delivered after around 8 days) and realise they are the crappie, cheap bluetooth item finders worth A LOT less than you paid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would give minus stars if it were possible!
The address for Mansuri is non existent (Birmingham UK).
The telephone number does not accept calls. "All calls to this number are blocked".
The reviews on their site are NOT real, every one FAKE.
I ordered a tracker for the "elderly" on the 28 April. On the same day it confirmed "despatched".
After many emails, which are now being ignored, it seems that it's now "in transit" from China!!!
Yesterday I requested a refund, within the 14 day "cooling" off period. Within a few minutes, after showing a message saying "no activity", the label was printed and a short time after, it said it was in transit!
Needed this urgently and did explain this to 'Emily". I kept getting the same reply, "wait a couple of days". So, seven days after it was "despatched" and after I had asked for a refund, it's supposed to be on it's way! To say I'm furious doesn't come close.
AVOID THIS "SHOP" LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

After many emails, I have managed to get the money refunded.
The "GPS" tracker arrived today... it only works up to 75ft and if there are no obstacles! No use to man or beast!
It's just a cheap 'air' tag, NOT a GPS tracker where you can track a person with dementia etc.
