Rachel and the team helped greatly when I had an issue with my up and over canopy door. They were transparent about the issues and solutions on offer. We felt they were very accommodating and helpful. When the new door was installed, the engineers were quick, tidy and polite. Would 100% recommend.

The lady who answered the telephone could not be more helpful, giving me a quote for a service and any other parts that may be replacing.
The engineers attended at the arranged time carried out the service at a reasonable cost.

If you live in the East Midlands certainly don't waste your time with the other national players, they are more like double glazing salesman offering bogus on the day purchasing discounts. Stick to a local firm where you can actually visit and communicate easily on the phone.
