Placed a click and.collect order after 3 days of hearing nothing had to ring to find out that order has not been processed, when i then picked up order guitar was floor stock, got home to find, guitar had scratches and.marks, and pieces were missing.

I have been shopping at Manny's online for many years now, they have everything I need, and if they haven't got it in stock they will get it for you, excellent service

Ordered very expensive guitar online, as they are the only supplier of the guitar I wanted. I needed it in a specific timeframe and so I paid for express postage. A week later the guitar is nowhere to be seen, used online tracking and it was apparently still in Melbourne (where it was sent from). It took me all day to get onto someone at TNT who supposedly was shipping it, and they had no idea what happened. Reckon I will get it within a week or some vague response . I won’t be buying instruments from mannys again if they continue to use sub par freight company’s. I’ve tried to contact mannys online to no avail. I’ve called 3 times today and after waiting for 5 minutes on hold, I’m prompted to leave a message, then when the tone sounds it says that there message bank is full and then Hangs up. I want a refund, and take my money to a local supplier, which I know I should have done on the first place. But can’t get onto anyone and have no idea what’s happening with the $1500 guitar I purchased last week.
