The company at present is doing well . It is my experience from many years ago which was poor in that they did not fully explain the tax implications of these policies on withdrawl

Very helpful and pleasant staff and good outcome for my request

Both of the staff I spoke to on the telephone were very pleasant and helpful and gave me all the information that I needed.

At the moment it is impossible to login to their website so I can check stuff out myself, and it's their problem as many others are having the same problems
