Excellent delivery service but poor quality balls, I purchased 25 Pro V1 balls 3 were marked as Practice balls, would you play a round with a practice ball? They also offered free tee's with each order this was 2 tee's. Complained but was offered no apology, AVOID OR BE DISSAPOINTED,,,,,,,,

Regarding the Pro V1 Practice balls, these are genuine Titleist Pro V1 golf balls. The "Practice" stamp is applied by Titleist at the factory to balls with minor cosmetic imperfections that do not meet their visual quality standards. They are otherwise identical in construction and performance to a standard Pro V1 and remain fully conforming under the Rules of Golf. Many golfers play them without issue, and they are only restricted where a specific club or competition has introduced a local rule.
With regard to the complimentary tees, these are provided free of charge as a small gesture with every order. They are not a purchased item but simply an extra included for our customers.
We did respond to your complaint and apologised for your disappointment, although we appreciate that we were unable to reach a resolution.

I was truly shocked on delivery, out of the 12, 9 looked to be brand new ...as though lost on the first tee. The remaining 3 were in excellent condition and were what I was expecting the whole box to be.
