Instead of offering guidance, Samir mostly just forwarded emails from the train company with little communication beyond that. There were no phone calls, very minimal advice, and hardly any support. I often felt too nervous to ask questions, and after becoming increasingly frustrated, I eventually had to ask him to be a bit kinder in his approach.

What was particularly concerning was that he repeatedly insisted he didn’t need any further evidence because he had already "concluded" the matter. That left me feeling dismissed rather than represented.
