Bought two size large swim suits . I’m a size 14US. Took a month to receive them. A fifth grader could not fit into them. Tiny !!!! Refusing to refund or return. Emails back and forth. If I knew they were in China drop shipped from USA I would never had bought them. Arguing with me in the emails that returning for “personal reasons” They want to give me store credit. 75 bucks down the drain do not order from this company.

The worst experience ever. I ordered 2 swimsuits. Web site said you could return them. Mamoic didn’t ship my items for 9 weeks. They wouldn’t cancel the order. My order confirmation said they would ship in 14-18 business days. I would rate zero stars if I could!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I received 2 of 3 items purchased. The quality on the 1st 2 items were awful and the 3rd item never came. It's been 2.5 months of contacting support for them to continue to tell me it's been shipped and they have to wait for logistics. It's a terrible company. Their "expedited shipping" on their website is completely false. They are located in China and the 1st shipment took well over a month to receive.

This company is a huge SCAM!
They lied about my order through the whole time. Told me my post office destroyed the package because it was wrong information they had. I spent too much money and they are a SCAM!
DO NOT TRUST THEM THWY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE. Lynn, the so called person to respond to messages is a scammer, she should be in JAIL.

Worst retail experience I’ve ever had! I’m a petite small, but I ordered a medium. It’s too small!! Quality is horrible! I asked for an exchange for a larger size, they wouldn’t do it. It took 3 months for me to get that bathing suit! They offered me a refund. A week later I received a whole $3.00. They should not be allowed to continue to take advantage of people!
Do NOT buy from this company!!

I ordered 5 swimsuits on 3/9/24 and only received 2 of the 5 items (2mos later and about 4 emails in between!) and they are pure trash….like Walmart Halloween costume level of quality. SO DISAPPOINTING and still dealing with Lynn who keeps avoiding answering my direct questions on what I need to do to return for a FULL REFUND… So far, I’ve only been offered discounts and coupons
I will NOT be keeping anything and I will not let them keep my $178 for not even half my order.

I ordered in February and the item did not ship until late April. This was only after 10+ emails with their customer service.

never received my order. been trying for two months

I ordered over a month ago and still have nothing, and heard nothing! PayPal won't help either! I am so tired of these scam companies that end up being Chinese based!

First they forgot to dispatch my order on time, then they left out items when it finally arrived! Basically pretty bad. I had email them constantly, Lynn I spoke to. Very disappointed in whole process.

Ordered 2-5-24. Was told allow 2-12 business days for shipping info. Have emailed no less than 7 times with no response. I finally sent an email requesting a refund and got a response stating "no refunds after 24 hours of ordering." Today is 2-29 and item has not shipped and no product update from company. I would not have minded waiting if anyone at the company could give an update or at least tell me when to expect the item.

After a very long waiting time we received a sub par in all points product. The sizing is off enought for the dress to be unweareble, the stitching is loose and visible everywhere, and the print quality is just simply laughable. At the age of AI resolution upscaling, and even image generation, the pixels are the size of sugarcubes ...

The overall rating would have been 2 stars, because they have sent ... something ... but just to compensate the obviously fake 5 star reviews, I give them one...

Item was received and given as a Christmas gift. Very pretty but didn’t fit properly. Straps were too long, gaping and not as pictured. Impossible to return. Contacted them several times. It takes days to get a return email and they tried to say that the wrong size was ordered. The size is correct but not cut properly. Now we don’t receive any response. Save your money. This dress was expensive and is useless.

ordered three oversized hoodies for my childrenat beginning of December for christmas arrived first week in January, cost over £100 all three hoodies together were probably worth around £25 max. Absolute rubbish do not buy from this company

Ordered mid Nov sweatshirts for my staff to wear for the holiday season with promise of delivery in 8-10 days. Received items 12/22 and they were of poor quality and did not fit most of us especially since the waist bands were very small. Sizes were not typical for US sizes. Charged back on cc. Support was not helpful when it came to returning items suggesting I donate them, and they will issue a significant credit allowing me to purchase more from the site. Ummm NO!

The item took 2 weeks to arrive even though I paid for expidited shipping (8-11 days) When it arrived it did not fit and I wished to return it. This company has no system in place to accept returns. Nothing in parcel to give information. I e mailed company and they gave me a return address in China to which I have to send the parcel to at my own expense.Be very sure before you order that you really want item and it is the right size .

I ordered an oversized sweatshirt. The quality of the material is horrid. They included name customization on the sweater that I did not put in the order, “Matthew and Jenifer”. This is neither my or my wife’s name. I contacted their support with an email 4 days ago and no response.

I ordered something they advertised on Facebook. A 100% cotton sweatshirt with an embroidered design. I received a polyester abomination with a printed on design. The print shows thread looking texture, so it's to give an embroidered representation. A garbage item for $43. I am going through PayPay for my refund.

It's a real company. I bought 2 vintage dresses from them, they are of good quality and fit on me. I love their vintage style and will buy more in the future.
