Malt & Brew Arvostelua 

I highly recommend Malt & Brew. I recently purchased three glasses as gifts and they absolutely fantastic. I will be purchasing more for myself. The glasses are weighted perfectly, look amazing and feel great in the hand. Postage was very fast and the packaging ensured the glasses arrived intact.

The Japan Inspired Hammer glasses I ordered were disappointing, they seem lower quality than pictured with a clear seam on one side. They were also cloudy so I had to clean them which is not ideal when they are a gift. Also the wooden box isn't as pictured with Edo Glass and Japanese characters on it, it is rebranded as Malt & Brew, which is fine as that is their business but don't picture something on the website that doesn't actually look like that in reality.

Disappointed in the quality of the glasses, especially the mountain glasses. If my husband's birthday hadn't been the day after they arrived I would have bought him something different.

Thanks for the prompt postage of my items, they were here in time for my friends 50th which was fantastic. One of the glasses I bought my husband had a defect in it. I have bought 5 glasses as a gift to a friend. One of them has a crack and 2 of them have big bubbles! I believe the quality and price are not matching!

I have received my Japanese wave glasses which I bought as a Christmas gift for someone. One of the glasses had a small chip on the rim. Only noticed when I cleaned them to be wrapped. I have emailed Malt & Brew and received same day response!
Update: Thomas from customer service contacted me promptly to apologise and is sending me 2 new glasses, no charge, via express post. Fantastic service thank you!
