This is ny second pair of mallet trainers once again they are gorgeous. They arrived the next day and once again they were in a beautiful box and include you get an extra pair of laces, shoe horn and a trainer bag. I admit they r dearer than your average trainers but well worth the money, the quality is bang on. I had to get in touch with customer services as they were being delivered when I was not at home , Customer service was top class.
