Really bad webshop. I would not order here again. Bad customer service and I am still waiting for my money back after I returned an article.

Always quality delivery and great service when needed.

Although money were reimbursed, receiving the wrong product, having to go through all the hustle of emails, calls etc. was just waste of time and energy. Returning products seems to be the way these days, instead of acknowledging the mistake made, honestly apologising and send the correct items. People do not buy products in order to return them and get money back. They buy products because they want them then and not later, from somewhere else.
Disappointing to see that customer satisfaction is not the drive anymore for many business groups, local or international and MakeUp is no different.
On this basis, I do not recommend.

Wat ben ik blij om hier de shampoo van Bath and Bodyworks (Japanese Cherry Blossom) te kunnen kopen voor een normale prijs (via Amazon uit Amerika veel duurder vanwege invoerrechten). In het Paasweekend besteld en toch al enkele dagen later bezorgd.

I have ordered a massage brush online from them and in the first use within 15seconds it broke in half. A wooden massage brush. They do not check the product quality. When i got in touch with them they claimed that after receiving the product they take all responsibility off their shoulders and dont care of the product is usable further on. According to general policy the product must be usable if client purchased it. They wrote me a lot of "diplomatic answers" which are just generic ways to avoid responsibility whatsoever. Its shocking that a wooden massage brush can even break...that is the very first time in my experience, which shows how much they care about what they are selling. I advice to never order anything from this shop because in case it is defected product you never will recieve money back and will have to deal with people who prefer to avoid any responsibility. Take care and shop with responsibe businesses.

Donderdag besteld en zaterdag geleverd. Geen problemen ervaren!

Ik had mijn bestelling al gedaan voordat ik hier de reviews las, ik was dus wel beetje bezorgd. Maar ik heb mijn bestelling zojuist ontvangen. Niks mis mee, alles in orde!

Vanwege de slechte reviews lang getwijfeld om een bestelling te plaatsen. Maar gelukkig uiteindelijk toch wel gedaan. Ik heb parfums van Miss kay besteld die nergens anders meer te koop waren en dus gokte ik het er maar op. Het was ook nog eens in de aanbieding. Op een vrijdag besteld en ik had het de week daarop al in huis. De parfums waren allemaal apart verpakt in stevig papier. Ik heb er niks op aan te merken dus kan alleen maar positief zijn.

Nou op goed geluk dan maar . Las de vele slechte reviews nadat ik besteld had. Update komt nog .
Update , alles in goede orde ontvangen. Gaat van 3 sterren naar 5 sterren.

Ik heb 2 weken geleden 4 stuks eau de parfum besteld, Fahar Lattafa gold, 100ml,
Betaling, facture online,verzending met tracking , perfect afgehandeld, prima verpakt!
Totaal geen probleem ondervonden!

I ordered a special cream for my daughter who suffers from a really bad eczema.
Since my daughter’s condition was severe, I was waiting for the package on the time slot I received from postnl. The delivery guy couldn’t find our package, he said that he will bring it tomorrow. A week passed and two really generous people came to our door with the package and said they found it on the street (I don’t know them and they are not our neighbors ).
I called MakeupShop to ask for a new product because the weather in the last week was bad - snow and rain and product like the one I ordered can be faulty due to low temperatures and moisture.
The lady from the costumer service kept reading instructions and avoiding answering my questions, not sure if she wasn’t a bot. She said that in order to receive a refund (not a new product) I need to send the cream back to them.
I don’t want to send this faulty cream back to them because I’m afraid they will send it to someone else. (The date is ok, it of course wasn’t kept in the right conditions).
More than that, I received the cream 1.5 weeks after I ordered it which is really frustrating by itself, but also they now expect me to print the label and find a drop off location when it’s something that they or Postnl needs to take responsibility for. (In Postnl’s web site it still appears as need to be delivered)

Ik koop een lipstick van Max Factor al jaren, maar er zit altijd een beschermfolie omheen. Mijn vraag is: waarom hebben jullie me een gebruikte lipstick zonder beschermfolie gestuurd?
Durf ik deze echt niet gebruiken.
En dat is nog niet alles: de lipstick was van binnen helemaal schoongeveegd en zo strak dichtgedraaid dat hij niet meer opengaat zoals normaal, en hij is ook nog eens half leeg.
Verschrikkelijke ervaring!

Ik heb in korte tijd 2 bestellingen gedaan. Bestellingen zijn snel geleverd. Goed ingepakt ontvangen. Heel blij met de producten die ik heb ontvangen.

Zeer slechte service. Bestelling was niet compleet. En als je de service nummer belt, krijg je een slecht engels sprekende mevrouw aan de lijn. En die zorgt dat je van het kasje naar de muur wordt gezet.

OPLICHTERS
Bestel niet op deze website. Na het plaatsen van mijn bestelling heb ik nooit een pakket ontvangen en mijn geld ben ik kwijt.
Contact opnemen is onmogelijk: er wordt niet gereageerd op e-mails en er is geen bereikbare klantenservice.

Op basis van mijn ervaring voelt dit als pure misleiding. Je betaalt, maar krijgt niets terug, geen product en geen reactie.
Ik raad iedereen sterk af hier te bestellen.

Al verschillende keren hier besteld. Altijd goed gegaan. Vlotte levering (een paar dagen, produkten komen uit Polen). Produkten ook kwalitatief goed. Prima ingepakt.
Nog nooit problemen gehad.

Ik zie wel veel slechte reviews over dit bedrijf.
Ik vermoed dat zolang alles goed verloopt, en er geen problemen ontstaan, je geluk hebt. Mocht er wel iets mis gaan, dan zal ik moeten ervaren hoe hun bereikbaarheid en klantvriendelijkheid daadwerkelijk zal zijn.

Bestelde spullen netjes verpakt ontvangen. Volgende keer weer.

I had a good experience with this site. Some problem about the delivery time and damaged product but all clear after i send pictures and give some explanation. They replies email in hour and gave a good service.

Ordered two times. Works very fine.

Vanwege de revieuws was ik wat huiverig nadat ik mijn bestelling had gedaan. Maandagavond had ik besteld en vrijdagmiddag had ik het in huis, stevig verpakt. Dus voor mij is alles prima!
