Sent me a picture of the moon on the day of my anniversary, printed my name on the card but “forgot” to put the actual moon on the picture. Will not give a full refund due to the printing costs of putting my name on a bit of card 😂😂
Disgraceful customer service, should have read the reviews before purchasing. But my misses face when I gave her a framed picture with a blank bit of card in on our anniversary, priceless!

Ordered a 'Cute Star Minime Throw Pillow Custom Face with Personalized Photo Minime' - absolutely disgusting! Awful quality and definitely not worth the money. Comes from Hong Kong - no point sending back as had previous awful experience sending back to China and places. Just have to write off the £33 it cost. Recommended - do not buy from the company!

just disgusting customer service, I waited a month for my parcel and it was not delivered, the company that handles the delivery does not contact me at all. This company is fed with promises that they will help, but you have to wait. Disappointed with this to everyone I would never recommend it. Scam!

Ordered a gold effect moon phase personalised print. It arrived damaged which is unsurprising considering the very thin packaging. The print is black and yellow (no gold) and the writing is off centred. Definitely not hand made like they claim. False advertising and a poor quality product

I waited for my puzzle 14 days. The quality turned out to be horrible. My high-res photo was compressed and blurred. It’s so bad so it just doesn’t make sense solving it. Wasted time and money.

AVOID AT ALL COST.
I bought a poster were it was a moon of a specific date and it had a video how you peeled off the gold foil etc.
It arrived weeks after I needed it to, frame broke, and a a4 carded posted of what looked like a four year old made. I too feel down the ad on Facebook or insta. Laid through the nose for shipping because I wanted it by a certain date....no tracking date conformation and I assumed they forgot about me. I wish they had so I wouldn't be so bitter of paying for the rubbish I was given. Shame on you all

To be honest I am really dissatisfied and disappointed. Not so much that it has come damaged as to be honest things happen in the post, and the packaging was absolutely fine - it’s just been knocked about in transit. Maybe you could have wrapped it in bubble wrap.
You have misread my previous email. The quality of the picture isn’t what you are advertising. You are advertising a shiny golden effect which looks amazing and all I am getting is a print on black card and yellow ink. The love hearts between the names aren’t even printed straight and the picture isn’t in the middle of the actual frame. from what you are advertising to what I have received is awful. I paid £25 shipping so that it would arrive and that was a complete waste of money because the product isn’t even worth it.

Fake data on your orders , delivery time it’s unknown, it takes ages for the product to come , they said its personalised stuff , its just printed things that take minutes to do and they ask for 5 days production time .
if you want a gift from here make sure you order it a month in advance and if you are lucky you will get it .

Ordered a Christmas gift through a link on Facebook, I know I know stupid. They charge you for the item before completion and charge you again for postage later. £30 for a cushion and then I had to pay another £17 for ‘expedited’ post. Too late to cancel at this point as the money had gone from my account. Took 6 weeks to arrive and what I received was truly a joke, imagine the cheapest £1 shop cushion with very poor printing and about half the size of what I expected. If it didn’t cost the best part of £50 it would’ve been funny.

Bad print. Zero support. Waste of money.

I wish I read these reviews first!
I ordered a pillow with my face on and they sent me the wrong design. I have sent evidence that they sent me the wrong one, yet they are saying if I click on a link it’s correct. My confirmation and summary both show the product I wanted, which is different to what I was sent. They are refusing to even try and resolve the issue, and now I am stuck with a cheap looking product, that’s not even near to what I ordered.
The contact is slow, and they have useless customer service.
My advice is to not use, or as other have said, have very low expectations.

I wouldn't say don't order from these companies. But I would say, keep your expectations low. The quality is poor and delivery is slow. While communications are good, all answers seem to be little more than generic canned responses, so it's difficult to have much faith in them.

The ordering process is straight forward and the site is easy enough to navigate. However, the means by which they attempt to extract money is somewhat devious. Rather than being asked to opt-in to their very unnecessary extras, customers must intentionally opt-out, steps that is easily missed. Then to top it all off, there's an option to leave a tip. A tip, before the product has even been put into production?! What a cheek!

Owing to the confusion I experienced in dealing with a seemingly different company than to the one I placed my order with, production was delayed by a week. Did they speed things up as a result of the confusion they caused? No, they did not. I got a canned apology and a fob off!

Inspite of this, the shirt arrived on time (it still took well over two weeks, but I had allowed a lot of time because I anticipated poor service based on reviews read on Trust Pilot), and it was printed as requested. However, the quality of the material is cheap and I think unwearable. The stitching is also very poor. Overall, the garment is not wearable and not fit for purpose. It would be fine as a joke gift, but nothing more.

I placed my order on MyFaceShirt.com, but all of the communications came from MakePhotoPuzzle.co.uk. I was then informed that they are the same company and that they operate numerous websites, all doing the same thing. Because this order was handled by two trading names, I have left the same review for both.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! WHEN THE PARCEL GOT LOST AND WAS OVER 20 DAYS LATE FOR DELIVERY, I COULDN'T GET HOLD OF ANYONE. AFTER DAYS OF TRYING TO GET MY PARCEL BEFORE CHRISTMAS IT GOT DELIVERED THE DAY I MOVED OUT OF MY HOUSE MEANING I NEVER RECEIVED MY PARCEL. NOT HAPPY THAT I CANT GIVE IT 0 STARS WHY IS THERE NO OPTION FOR THAT?

Dreadful quality of items produced by this firm which has all their printing done in China which says it all! I paid just shy of £30 for a mini me teddy of my partner and it’s dreadful. Really cheap and tacky! Not as described as not as it looks and shows on the website. Am raising a case with PayPal to get my money back. Do not buy from here unless you want cheap looking tatt!

Poor quality products for the price.

Useless. Ordered a puzzle- came with many pieces broken- and took ages- and smelt bad- like burnt urine- contacted customer support & the sent another one… just as beat up and stinky… do not use.
Also bombard the crap out of you with marketing whether u opt out or not- or even if you ask to be deleted, youll still get marketing… forever.
If you’re thinking of trying them- DONT!
Save urself time, effort & poor broken weird smelling product.

Really expensive for very average quality product. Website is annoying, repeatedly asking you to buy add-ons when you just want to checkout with your chosen item, even asking for ‘a tip’ at the end!! The cushion I bought arrived creased right through the middle of the face of the printed photo, making it look awful.

The cube was delivered quickly and initially looked lovely. The photos faded very quickly despite being in a room without windows and bright lights. The company refused to supply a new cube when approached, stating their product only has a 'limited guarantee'

Very disappointing and upsetting, from what was initially a lovely gift.

I would not recommend the product or the company at all.

Not what I was expecting at all.
Tiny and I mean tiny cushion. Not suitable for anything really. I bought it as a Christmas gift but I'll now feel embarrassed giving it.
Don't waste your money, it's a total waste.
