Make An Entrance Arvostelua

Ordered two mats on 25th November. Telephoned to chase the order days later and was informed that they were experiencing delays due to a warehouse move. The person I spoke to allegedly checked and said the items I’d ordered would be there and sent out to me early this week. Today I called to chase again. This time I was told the items weren’t actually in stock. This company took my money on 25th November for products not in stock. Furthermore it’s me who’s been chasing them to try and find out what’s going on rather than them calling me to tell me what’s happening. I’m not impressed.
They tried to sell me larger sizes or a different colour today.
I’ve asked for a refund.
In my view it is totally unacceptable to take a customers money when the products are not available, and hang on to it, knowing that this is the case.
I hope I get my refund soon.

We are delighted to recommend the products and customer service of Make An Entrance. We have ordered from the company several times and find their bespoke products to be high quality and unusually pleasing.

We look forward to needing a new entrance foyer mat so we can enjoy seeing it emblazed with our logo.

Fabulous mats.
Well worth the price.
50m mats are the best in my opinion.

A small understanding with my order but the customer service was outstanding and they made sure the outcome was favourable to me. Can’t fault the communication either. A company that appears to have good old fashioned standards. Lovely mat very well made.

Ordered personalised outdoor mat online. MAE sent proof before printing and despatch. Very pleased with mat.

Very quick delivery. Good quality product which was easy to lay.

Very easy to order mats. Dispatched promptly and they fit perfectly.

A *******

Fabulous friendly people to deal with, nothing is too much trouble, and their products are excellent. Highly recommended

Good product which worked for a tricky situation; good service. Except for submitting this review which drove me mad with its sign-ins...

I found it virtually impossible to find a door mat to fit in our porch , we have a area cut out of concrete with different measurements at each end most mats come in sizes far to big or small so it was a huge relief to find this company where you can put in measurements close enough even for me , I just trimmed the sides down to make a good fit . The buying process is easy we had our family name placed on it .I would recommend Make An Entrance to anyone interested in buying a quality product

Helpful staff. Did everything promised. Mat arrived exactly as ordered and looks great. Totally satisfied.

My brother was very pleased with his doormat. The delivery time was fine.

Excellent service, Kept in touch and gave great advice on product type to suit my needs.

Very fast service indeed! And excellent help from your team in helping me decide on which mat I needed - my second from you.
The mat arrived almost the next day and looks very smart - and if it is like its predecessor from you I know it will last a long time.

I ordered a black coir mat and it’s perfect. The colour is jet black and looks amazing on my black and white porch tiles. It is cut to the measurement I gave. Fast delivery and well packaged. The brush works a treat on it. Definitely recommend for product quality and customer service.

Impressed with range of mats and the one chosen arrived quickly and was good quality.

This is the third made to measure mat I have bought - for different places not because they have worn out! Excellent quality and extremely helpful on the telephone finding my previous order and trying to colour match. Samples sent arrived quickly and were helpful. Mat also arrived quickly and good communication about when order dispatched.

I made an order for a custom size coir mat to fit the Mat Well inside the back door entrance. The mat arrived speedily and fitted perfectly. Looks great. Recommended.

Fantastic customer service.
