Good & swift customer support response and when I took the plunge and purchased the items were exactly as ordered and arrived before scheduled.

The item was as described. Thank you. The expedited delivery was not! I paid £10 for expedited delivery (1-3 days) on the 4th day post order I contacted Major mobiles to say the items had not been despatched. It was despatched by the send of that day and delivered the following day. I pointed out by email that the expedited delivery had not happened and suggested my £10 was refunded for failure to expedite. I have received no response!! Customer service is therefore very questionable

There is no Tel No. to call to Talk to someone or no response from the Company once your Purchase has been made.

Non uk models sold so they look cheap and then refuse to sort, now submitted legal papers and trading standards updated, be careful if you've bought already check with Apple on item

Ordered a new iPhone 17 over a week ago, and it still has not been delivered.
I emailed chasing it 4 days ago and and no response to my email, there is not telephone number to call them and they do not respond to emails.
Stay away!

Top drawer service from first placing my order to delivery next day. Bought a new iPad at a great price.
This is the second time I have bought from Major Mobiles thoroughly recommend the company.

I haven't received my order yet, and it's passed the expected delivery date and I still haven't even had a notification of dispatch. Currently not particularly impressed. Have contacted customer service, awaiting response, so will see what they do.

EDIT: took several emails (phone number doesn't work) to get a response and only when I gave them a deadline and advised I would be starting a chargeback and reporting to trading standards. Received confirmation today that my order has been cancelled, and now awaiting my refund. If there is a legitimate reason for an order being delayed then that's fine, but tell the customer about it! Promptly! Don't just give them radio silence and leave them thinking they've been scammed.
