SCAM! My order hasn’t been processed for more than a 3 weeks already. Customer support is not responding. I do Not recommend this “brand” which is definitely ships its orders from China (today I found the same robe on Temu 5 times cheaper).

It’s a scam. Ordered 18 March. Took a month to get the robes. The quality was poor. The items I received did not match what I ordered or what was described on the website. I contacted the customer service and sent photos which they said they sent to their “warehouse and quality inspection team” for a detailed review. Haven’t heard from them since.

I feel like they are scammers. My order 2526 has not been processed for almost a month now. When you write them email to info@maisonrobes,com they give you no information, just wait more a little bit please. Now I am tired of waiting and ready to report them to SignalConso or OLAF. They claim to be French brand, but their delivwery is from China.
I have never had such experience with a brand before. I am deeply hurt and dissapointed and feel scammed for money,

Ordered three ’robes’, all were very dissappointing in colour and quality. Spent app. 200€. Truly hope the returning process will work out without complications.. We’ll see.

Scam website, money taken (over £200) and nothing has been despatched for 3 weeks now. I’ve emailed their customer service team four times now. Ignored twice and twice received a generic response saying they would look into it but with no follow up. Don’t get ripped off!

Don't waste your time purchasing. Your order won't be sent for two weeks and if you email them asking for any update on shipping/tracking, they will cancel your order instead of actually providing feedback. Just buy somewhere else.

I saw their ad and decided to buy this for my girlfriend. I honestly wasn’t sure what to get or if it would even fit, but it turned out to be the perfect gift. She’s so happy with it. I received exactly what I ordered, and the robe is really beautiful and feels very nice.

The shipping took a little bit longer than expected, but nothing crazy. Honestly, that happens with a lot of big brands too, so it didn’t bother me.

Overall, I was really pleased with their service. They seem like a smaller brand, but the experience was great, and I’d definitely have my girlfriend order from them again.

I ordered over £200 of these products and they are not as described at all. All polyester, all cheap materials and constructed poorly. Terrible. Ive emailed them and will be disputing the purchase if they dont respond as its really terrible. Please do not buy

I got caught on the ad again. I wanted beautiful home clothes for a long time. And here we go - algorithms worked and I stumbled across beautiful pictures of robes. Decided to take a pyjamas set and a robe. I was also surprised in a good way that its made of cotton and the robe from the silky satin. Okay,take my money! I definitely want it. Since I am pregnant I prefer to choose natural fabrics for the best for me and my baby. I was waiting my order for 3 weeks. Haven't got any updates on the delivery. Wrote to the CS, no reply. Finally got some updates. Received my order. First of all, I was happy, but then I saw a tag - 100% polyester. Both products. Happiness fast dissolved in anger and disappointment.I mean, why in the world people are lying providing a false information about their product. It looks okay, but for me it was important to get what I expected. Also, the model of the robe was wrong. I ordered completely different. Left a text at CS email or whatever is it what they have on the website provided. No reply how to sort this situation out. These robes are not the cheapest if you look at the price without a discount. I don't know. Only thing I regret that haven't read the review before I ordered this plastic garbage and stumbled across ignorance. They paid for the ads and marketing , but unable to provide true information on the product they sell. Shame.

Total scam. Take your money, the product is never delivered.
