Penso che questo brand sia fantastico, crea magliette uniche e insostituibili e soprattutto riconoscibili nella sua unicità, è anche molto bello il fatto di creare magliette sostenibili per il pianeta , mettendoci un po’ la sua parte per renderlo un posto migliore.
L’unico problema che ho avuto è il ritardo per la spedizione, questo l’ho avuto per tutte le spedizioni effettuate, ma non penso dipenda dal brand.
E un consiglio che darei è per le taglie , farei delle taglie più piccole per quanto riguarda le magliette.
Per il resto tutto superr !
(Spero che tornino le magliette corte che c’erano un tempo e che non ho avuto modo di ordinare!!)

Mi aspettavo una qualità maggiore del tessuto, inoltre le cuciture nella zona delle spalle e del collo sono pessime e creano dei difetti ondulati una volta indossata la maglietta.

I ordered a “mystery box” including 1x t-shirt, 1x long sleeve and 1x hoodie. I received the package and to my surprise, they sent 3x the exact same print which for me doesn’t make any sense. Why would I need the same print three times to my own wardrobe? Anyways, i live in Switzerland and already paid 50+ euros for the delivery. I didnt want to loose any more money so i wrote to them very kindly on instagram, and by mail, if there’s anything they can do to help me (send it back for free, get a discount next time etc) ANYTHING AT ALL. No answer. Seems like there’s no customer service available at all. Now im stuck with all this stuff and don’t know what to do. Wont be purchasing from them again.

SERVIZIO CLIENTI E COMUNICAZIONE VERGOGNOSI. Nonostante non abbiano la disponibilità dei loro prodotti non lo comunicano sul loro sito web e, nonostante io abbia fatto notare la cosa, nulla é cambiato. La conseguenza di questa scelta é che il consumatore si ritrova a pagare una spedizione veloce con consegna prevista in 48h (in quanto é l’unica disponibile) ma il prodotto non lo riceverà se non dopo, a detta dello stesso servizio clienti, due settimane. Molto poco professionali, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO l’acquisto sul sito nonostante le grafiche carine ma veramente non credo valgano il loro prezzo e l’attesa a questo punto.

I made a purchase around 14 days ago. The website claims that they have 48h tracked shipping with UPS. Everything looked fine for a while, my package was out for a delivery, until I suddenly recieved a message that my package was returned to the sender. It has been a week since then.

They are not answering emails, nor answering on social media such as Instagram or TikTok, which I have repeatedly attempted to contact them on. I fear I made a mistake purchasing on this website.
