Amazing quality, would by a 2nd pair soon !

The shoes were amazing. The quality and style were on point. I just wish I had not listened to the recommendation to size up, my own size would have fit perfect /: so now I’m stuck with a larger shoe.

The shoes are beautiful and well made and the customer service is excellent with good communication throughout . I love that the shoes are vegan and the socks are very comfortable too. I have purchased two pairs . The delivery was fast and efficient . Overall , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maison Nakamoto

The shoes are so well made and the leather is buttery soft! They require no breaking in, which is unusual for me. Fit perfectly and are gorgeous. So pleased with my purchase and the care put into them.

SCAMMERS!!! They are not Japanese but CHINESE!!!

The quality is terrible, all plastic.

They say their products are around 85% discounted but it's just their miserable way to scam people.

Returns are super expensive and paid by the costumer as you need to ship them to China.

The message I received from them when I tried to proceed with the return was this:
"You may return the pieces to our atelier however, please know that return shipping costs around $30 USD and customs fees around $30 USD are calculated per piece and would be at your charge. Once all pieces arrive safely at our atelier, we will proceed. However, this process may take 4 to 6 weeks due to international transit, customs processing, and the extremely high shipping volumes. Please be advised that if the return package is lost, delayed, refused by customs, or not successfully delivered to our atelier, we will unfortunately be unable to proceed with the size exchange under any circumstances."

I do not recommend this service. I tried to cancel the order 5 minutes after placing it. Customer service claimed the package was already being prepared and that it was impossible to retrieve the order. I absolutely don't believe that in such a short timeframe. The only solution was to wait for delivery to return the item. But the shipping and customs fees are high, and a refund is not guaranteed. It would be more honest to state on the website "no exchanges or refunds."

I am so pleased with my shopping experience at Maison Nakamoto. From fast and smooth deliveries and spotless communication, to beautifully crafted and really comfortable products, everything was very satisfying - and I am certain that my Ginza Mules, Kyoto jacket, scarf and hood will become my wardrobe staples. My sincere gratitude to the great team and especially to Julia Meyers from Customer Care, for taking care of my orders in such a stunning way...!

Si je pouvais ne mettre aucune étoile je le ferais.
Le colis a été perdu par le transporteur, j’ai même obtenu un certificat de colis perdu qui selon la procédure, oblige le remboursement par le vendeur. Or, malgré de nombreux mail, maison nakamoto ne me répond pas et ne me rembourse pas. Je cherche encore à les contacter et je ne lâcherai pas.

I did like the style of the shoe, but the quality and fit were a miss. They’re marketed as if they are Japanese made, they are not. The quality is that of SHEIN or TEMU. When I requested a return label and a full refund, they suggested that I purchase another pair for a “discount”. It took multiple emails, a threat to file a chargeback and to report the business for them to finally refund me. I would gladly return the shoes as well. They are not priced their worth. The aesthetic is spot on.

My wife loves the product. She says the shoes are really comfy.

Customer Service was superb. I have to shout out Julia Meyers for taking care of my order.

I had initially ordered the wrong size and immediately sent an email about it. Julia responded to me saying that they will try their best to intercept the order before it gets shipped.

I got the product and the right size.

Only thing worth mentioning that could have been improved was the arrival of the product. I got an initial email i was supposed to receive on a Thursday. It arrived on the Tuesday, the following week.

I’m ordering my next one. My daughter loves the one I bought for her. So I’m getting one for myself
