Do not purchase anything from this clothing company! Absolute scam! False advertisement! The received product resembles absolute nothing to product shown in photo. I ordered a tartan coat and received almost a night shirt, style completely different.
Customer service is absolute dreadful! No confirmation of purchase to not receiving a full refund!!
Will never ever purchase from that company again! Product is not even good enough for charity shop!

The Team have been excellent in answering my emails promptly always with alternatives. I have chosen to accept the 15% refund. The footwear is going to a local charity shop.
Shame about the goods, high praise to the staff.

Terrible company. Item never arrived. I emailed the company to chase the item, they promised they would but this never happened. I then emailed for a refund which was ignored until I finally reported the company as fraud.
I would strongly advise against buying from this company

Complete scam. Stating they do not trade in the Uk is a lie, I live in the UK and I received an extremely poor quality item which is not fit for purpose and they are refusing a refund. Do not use them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I asked to return the item as it did not fit (it was also v poor quality and nothing like as advertised!) . After several emails offering me various discounts and partial refunds they finally said that they would refund me once the item had been received back in their warehouse in China. Its a complete scam.

AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Item arrived very late and was of very poor quality. The item did not look like the image on the website. Returns a nightmare! On the website it states full refunds if returned in 30 days. They refused to send return details and offered a 10% refund and I keep the item! I kept asking for return information so I could have a FULL refund and they did not respond or comply with British law on returning items and issuing refunds. Reported as fraud to my bank.

Maison de Laurent website looks good BUT that's where it ends. I should have researched. The order to 2+ weeks, when 4-7 days is quoted. The products are very poor quality. I'm trying to return the goods but offered discount or vouchers. The website even states UK consumer law, which they are not compliant with. I've lost £200. Never again.

Wish i had read the reviews before i purchased.
I ordered a jumpsuit,it took weeks to come,and when i did eventually get it the quality of the material is shocking looks nothing like it is supposed to doesnt fit, i am trying to return it but they want to offer me an FREE alternative and i pay the cost for shipping. Jokers !!. Stay away from company.

The quality is like Shein or temu , it’s took a long time to get the order . I received a tshirt and a skirt instead of a dress as per the description .
No one answered my emails .

The top I received bears no resemblance to the one pictured when I ordered. Nothing like it in all ways. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered shoes; waited ages and now they've finally arrived. They are so unlike the picture on the website, I actually laughed when I unpacked them. These shoes are terrible! Plus they are two sizes too small. Naturally there is no paperwork or visible means of return. I have now emailed twice using their 'contact' link but no response so far. I wish I had looked at TrustPilot before ordering! I am reminded of the saying; if a thing looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Just looked at reviews for this company which I should have done before making a purchase. They said that delivery would be made within 7working days and now nearly 3 weeks on nothing has arrived. According to all the reviews everyone says the same. No contact with the supposed customer service nothing to let me know what is happening with my delivery. If by magic these shoes do get delivered I can guarantee they will be rubbish according to 80% of reviews then I will write another review not that it’s making any difference to this company they just don’t seem to be interested in what people say but they are taking our money.

If I could have done no stars I would have done. Ordered a top that looked nothing like it did on line, sizing wrong and awful quality. Now in a battle to get a refund which they are currently not doing. Ive offered to pay for postage to return and not giving me their address. They said they would refund 15% of what i paid - ridiculous as item is not as described and needs to be returned! As someone else said they are a scam, I wish I had read reviews before approaching this company. Personally I would AVOID

Don't buy from here. It's a total scam. They used to be Ashford clothing. Bought some shoes which were cheap and nasty then asked to return them had to pay for the to sent to Netherlands and then go them returned. This is a total sham company which keeps changing it name.

Do not buy it’s fake not even leather ! If I could post pictures you woud be shocked how bad it’s .

Do not shop at this site it’s a complete rip-off. They’re not genuine. You won’t get your money back. They don’t respond to emails only while you’re buying and the quality is disgusting cheap and nasty and nothing like what they advertise. I’m looking to take them to report them to the trading standards For so many reasons as other people that are being ripped off daily by these people. It’s appalling.

Absolutely dreadful company. Dress was late arriving, of shockingly poor quality and the sizing was ridiculous.
Getting a refund is proving very difficult but I’m prepared to get my money back.
