For a long time, I had been searching for a handbag that truly meets my needs, something suitable for both work and social occasions. I wanted a bag spacious enough to carry my laptop, notebook, and other essentials, with a secure zipper, high-quality leather, and durable handles.
I’m happy to say that I finally found exactly what I was looking for with the "Madison Tote". I received my order a few days ago, and I am very impressed with the quality, it is both beautiful and well-made. The bag is also very classy and chic, making it perfect for both professional and casual settings. I’m already planning to order more bags.
I also truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Whenever I had a question, the team responded promptly and was very helpful.

Absolutely nothing like the bag as advertised very poor quality

I ordered and paid for a bag on the 23rd of January and have still not received it numerous e mails back and forth so l won't print what l think of this company lwas a new customer as well l have complety given upnow1

Item took weeks to arrive. The item was smaller than it looked in both photos and ‘customer’ videos. No way to generate a return and no reply to the email address asking how to return for a refund. Would not use again and would recommend others avoid this company

Waited a month for delivery of what was described as a leather bag. Not leather
Picture made it look soft and supple more like stiff and not supple. Very disappointed will not be recommending their bags as worth their price

Lovely compact bag. This is my second bag from this company. They are great looking and have amazing pockets inside the bag for all your daily items. Staff are enormously helpful to. 💝

Never received item and did not hear back from company about a refund

I bought a bag online and received it long after the promised ETA. The bag Ivreveived is smaller than what i bought, they said the size i ordered was not available. I asked for a refund of the extra money i paid for a larger size but they offered to give a free bag of my choice instead. In few weeks i still didnt receive the free bag so i said camcel it and just return my money. They insisted the bag will be shipped in no time - which never happened. I did not get the refund nor received the bag. NEVER again with this brand.

I think this place is a huge SCAM, I ordered a bag on January 1st, after waiting almost 1 month, I contacted customer services, then they realize my order was returning by the fulfill center. I asked if they can reorder, since that was their mistake not mine, today is February 21, and still waiting for my bag, no tracking information have been shared with me. And they continue saying they are waiting for the fulfill center to share the tracking number. At this time I don't even want the product but when I asked for a refund I don't have any answer.

Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT order anything from this company - absolute scam! I saw a bag advertised on Facebook and placed my order - have not received my order. I asked for a refund and customer services refuse to do so. Do not waste your money!

Bought a handbag for my girlfriend for her birthday. Had an issue with my order and maybel was quick to reply and resolve the shipping issue. Girlfriend said quality was pretty good!

I have been told that my bag has been delivered but no sign of it. Wish I read the reviews before I ordered from this scam company

I ordered a leopard print bag in December, using their special offer. I received an email saying they were processing my order and it was on its way. I then received an email informing me that my delivery was being returned to sender with no explanation as to why? I have assumed as I am in the Isle of Wight it was about delivery costs. But they have my postcode on the order.

Ins have sent several emails asking why it was returned and for a refund and to date I have had no reply ! It so February.
TOTALLY AVOID

Received my bag and tried the zipper, broke first use. Contacted customer service, apparently in getting a new bag. No Mention of asking for me to return original.
Fingers crossed I get a new one. Here's wishing I didn't get burnt again! Was hoping that since I'm purchasing items through the Shop app that there would be some assistance... but I've had back luck before

Took weeks to ship. Quality was terrible. Zipper and pull cord broke within 24 hours. Material was frayed in several places. Wanted to return but didn’t think a refund would ever be processed. With the bad weather, I opted for a 25% refund.

I never received my shipmed a tracking number that magically disappeared and nothing has ever been delivered. I ordered in December 2025 before Christmas and to date over a month later I have not received. Do not order from this company. If they make this right I will update my post.

Shotty construction, straps are weird and don't look like they'll hold. Zipper came broken. Entire bag is raggedy and not even worth the shipping fee.

Do not buy from this company every is from shein or Temu and triple the price. The bag is smal and zipper is way too long for the bag. Chinese cheap quality and an absolute scam.

The purse was as-advertised and for a decent price. The wife loves it. Shipping was a mess, their website auto filled an old address even though I specified my billing address as the correct one. CS couldn't get it rerouted but I was able to get my package from the new homeowner, but after Christmas.
