We lost our pet unexpectantly and as this was our first loss, we were not sure how to order a urn for her. We chose Mainely Urns by chance and we are very pleased with not just the product, but also the service. We received updates regularly and even a phone call because we missed the first e-mail sent. The urn was received just one day after our pets ashes were ready. The service was fast and the produce was exactly what we wanted.

I bought an engraved keepsake urn. They sent me a proof to confirm everything was correct with the engraving and then sent me tracking. All the communication was very courteous and they kept me informed. The product is nice quality. The whole process was very efficient and speedy!

On this most recent purchase a proof was sent to me to make sure the engraving was done the way I wanted. I asked for a few alterations, received a revised proof the very next day, and had the product in my possession within a week of placing the order. I lost my son a year ago in another state. We brought him home in a generic airport security safe plastic box. It took me that long to get up the strength to look for a place to keep his ashes that was a representation of the awesome young man he was. I logged on to mainly urns site and found exactly what i was looking for. I tried to do all the individualized ordering on line and wanted to call to assure the pictures and writing I wanted was done accurately. They helped me immediately, walked me through the process and sent me samples of what it would look like before my final approval. The end result was just perfect! A beautiful place for my son's ashes that is so representative of his life

Great customer service, I received my urn in a timely fashion too. I was worried about the quality initially, but I am more than satisfied. There’s a lot of shady companies out there but Mainely Urns does a fantastic job.

Customer service is top notch! We received an urn and nameplate for one of our clients, however the nameplate didn't appear to be the correct size. I contacted customer service and they were so helpful and had one specially made for us and shipped Fedex at no charge. Thank you Mainely Urns for your exceptional customer service!

The urns are beautiful. My suggestion would be to notify customers that they should look for an email to "approve" the engraving. I didn't receive the original email and didn't realize I should've looked for an email until someone called me on day 4. I was already expecting the urns by then. While I was on the phone with the company the email was sent again and I received the email immediately. I went back and checked and never received the first one and don't believe it was ever sent. By the time I received the urns, it was 8 business days which was twice as long as expected (with paying $22 extra for quick shipping). Beautiful products but the process should be more clear.
