Wonderful experience with mailersend. They were quick and responsive.

I love their support, and fast and very accomodating on all inquiries i got with their System. Special mention to Ben, for assisting me!

This service is quite unique in that there is a real time, live, attention to prospective customers. Real attention to issues was given (hanks Mark A!), with immediate attention.
DNS changes was done automatedly and I have not been seeing such a seamless initial communication between customer support and new users for years now.
Oh and the product seems to be wonderful at first glance. I'm pretty sure it's going to be ticking all the smtp service boxes very nicely.

We’ve been using MailerSend for a while and the support really stands out. Responses are fast, the team proactively thinks along with us, and we received clear step-by-step guidance to configure everything (from authentication to templates and webhooks). Issues weren’t bounced around but handled immediately, with transparent updates until they were fully resolved.
The platform itself is intuitive, the documentation is clear, and the reporting gives exactly the insights we need. So far it’s been very reliable—exactly what you want for transactional emails.
In short: a professional tool with an engaged support team. Highly recommended!

Easy to use and great service. Quick help and reply.

I’m completely new to website building and integrating an email platform was a completely new experience for me. I was able to figure it out pretty easily using MailerSend. And when I had errors, MailerSend was awesome about reaching out to me, giving me resources to fix them. And Glenn from support was really helpful in making sure that he keeps me posted on how I can make sure I'm following email practices, but also giving out great updates for my site.

It's been tedious and difficult cancelling a verified domain with an old account. I had forgotten about a verified domain I need in the new account. Glenn at Mailersend has been patient in resolving this problem. I'm close to getting the domain re-verified. The solution is instrumental in sending transactional e-mails. I expect Mailersend to be of great help in establishing my new website.

My experience was unfortunately identical to other negative reviews here. I signed up, but my account wasn't approved. I followed their process and requested a review, only to have my account permanently suspended shortly after.

I never even had the chance to send a test email. I received no explanation and no communication. After reviewing their terms, I'm confident I didn't violate any policies. This lack of transparency is a major red flag. I'd strongly advise avoiding this service if you value reliability and communication.

It's a great product. It works well. Have been using it for years. The one time I need support, they responded right away with a solution.

I signed up for MailerSend hoping to use their service for sending transactional emails for my e-commerce business. After submitting the required details about my company and use case, my account was abruptly suspended without a clear explanation.

I reached out for clarification, but the responses were vague and unhelpful. As a legitimate business based in Africa, it’s hard not to feel that there may be some form of bias or prejudice involved, especially when no concrete reason is given. My business is fully operational and compliant, and I was transparent with my intentions.

It’s disappointing to be treated this way by a service that claims to support global businesses. I cannot recommend MailerSend based on this experience, and I would advise others to look for platforms with better transparency and customer support.

Account suspended, and I havet even done anything bad! They wont tell me why, just read the terms of service which is page after page of info and links.

They could at least be transparent!

Pros :
- Clear and user friendly Dashboard,
- Great template builder (drag and drop + html )
- Very easy to setup even though I personally had to contact the support team
- Very fast answering and helpful support team.

Cons :
- I haven't encountered any (yet) as a new user!

Despite an overly complicated start, mostly my fault for mistakenly creating two accounts, the support team were excellent in taking patient time to sort it out.
The trial version just didn't work but I've just been approved to use Mailersend for my business.
Shall get going with it imminently!
