I bought two Maileg puppies, two knitted sweaters and two dog bags. The items arrived carelessly and loosely packed in a huge plastic bag. Considering this and the fact that the Maileg items are made in China, the price is far too high. Definitely no recommendation.

Toys are good and kids love them but this toys are made by cheep labour in China. It’s sick how expensive this toys are and are not even made in Europe. Won’t be supporting this brand any more as they currently don’t support European labour.

Kundenservice von maileg allerdings sehr gut binnen 1 Tag das Geld zurücküberwiesen.

Paket wurde von ups vorm falschen Haus abgestellt und war abends nicht mehr auffindbar. Ablagegenehmigung hatte ich auch keine erteilt. Maileg über Email informiert und seit einer Woche null Infos und keine Rückmeldung…..geht gar nicht… stehe als Kunde hier ohne Ware.
My parcel was marked as delivered to my address, but it was actually left at the wrong property. Despite my efforts to explain, the company did not spend even a minute to properly investigate and simply kept repeating that the parcel was delivered. I only got it back thanks to honest neighbors, not because of any help from the company. Very disappointing experience
They have a cute mouse family sets, everything is so adorable even the furniture set is cool
If I could leave 0 stars, I would do that. I paid for expedited shipping and when my order didn't arrive I called customer service with no response at all. I called again 2 days later and again, no response. I've enjoyed gifting so many of their products for my granddaughters, but won't be supporting them any longer.
If you are looking for a collective sort of thing, ready for delicate and careful play, then this is perfect - I am talking about the mice. I think that they thought of a lovely idea about mice living in matchboxes and cigar boxes - very inventive. I like how they put some bedding that matches the mouse's nightwear. I also love the bunnies; they are so cute! But, though I know they are made out of cotton, they are pretty expensive. But, they have an issue. They say that they are suitable for play. But for how-many-aged children? Because it is so pretty and delicate and a bit fragile, this might not be suitable for young children. I still really recommend them.
