MAH Inspections Ltd Arvostelua

Mark was brilliant for the entirety of the snag process. He was flexible with his working and allowed me to leave the house while he completed all the rooms thoroughly. He explained exactly what he would do and how it was to be carried out. Not only this but he was a very friendly bloke who sounded genuinely caring about not only the job at hand but also general chit chat. Would recommend to everyone!!

Mark was fantastic! He carried out a professional and detailed snagging inspection, explained everything clearly, and spotted things I’d never have noticed. I’d highly recommend MAH Inspections to anyone buying a new home.

Mr. Mark very detail, hard work and professional to completed job

He is take heart to doing inspections and very nice and very fast to provide report to me to developer to followed

Moved into our new build 4 bedroom property recently built by Redrow. I decided to get a professional snag company in to complete a list rather than just wing it myself - so glad I did.
Very professional from MAH right from the outset, from the initial query, quote & booking process, to Marks arrival & completion of the report. Everything was brilliant! I don't understand why people spend £100ks on a house and don't use a snag company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MAH.

Brilliant experience

Polite and courteous and very helpful

Highly recommended 👍

I couldn’t be happier with the service from MAH Inspections. Mark the inspector, was absolutely fantastic – he spent a great deal of time going through every detail of the property and left no stone unturned. His dedication and thoroughness were second to none.

The final report was incredibly detailed, full of clear explanations and photographs, which gave us complete confidence in making our decisions. It was obvious how much care and effort Mark had put into the inspection, and the professionalism throughout was first-class.

If you want a detailed, honest, and reliable inspection, I would highly recommend MAH Inspections – and especially Mark for his outstanding work.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I'd highly recommend Mark, really friendly and very experienced. Got the report sent through on the same day, super detailed and everything we need to send on to the developer.

We recently used MAH Inspections for a snagging survey on our new build home, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding.

From the very first phone call, Cheryl was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made sure we were fully prepared for what to expect during the inspection. Her organisation and communication set the tone for a professional and seamless experience.

On the day of the inspection, Mark carried out the work, and we were thoroughly impressed. He was extremely thorough, checking every detail of the property with a level of care and diligence that gave us complete confidence. Absolutely nothing was overlooked. He was also respectful of the space, leaving each room exactly as he found it – clean and tidy. His attention to detail and testing was meticulous.

The final report was exceptional – detailed, clear, and comprehensive. It gave us real peace of mind knowing that another expert set of eyes had gone through the house so carefully.

The whole process was great from start to finish:

Mark was excellent on the day of the inspection – thorough, professional, and approachable. He carried out a detailed assessment and delivered the comprehensive report later that same day.

Cheryl was equally impressive, providing clear answers to all our questions from the beginning and happily rescheduling the inspection when our completion date shifted.

I can’t recommend Mah Inspection enough. From the start, Cheryl was lovely to deal with, friendly, responsive, and kept in touch right up until the appointment day.

Mark arrived on time and clearly explained what the inspection would involve. He was incredibly thorough and picked up a lot of cosmetic issues that I hadn’t even noticed. He also highlighted a few concerns related to building regulations, which gave me added peace of mind.

A full, detailed report was emailed to me the same day. It included all the snags identified, complete with photos and clear explanations. It also clearly stated what needed to be addressed, which made it easy to follow up with my builder.

Mark was a lovely, genuine, and likeable guy—professional but also very easy to talk to. He made the whole process feel stress-free.

If you’re spending thousands on a new home, why wouldn’t you have an expert check it over? This service is absolutely worth it.

I recently purchased a semi-detached house and booked MAH for a snagging inspection. They conducted the assessment thoroughly - from top to bottom and inside out—with professionalism that truly reflects their expertise in this field.

** Special thanks to Mark for his work and for clearly explaining things I didn’t understand.**
