MAH Inspections Ltd Arvostelua

Punctual and thorough. Received the full report same day. Highly recommended.

The checking is really detailed and the report is clear and detailed.

The whole experience was seamless and simple - thank you! We booked MAH after reviewing previous Trustpilot reviews and we were not disappointed. In fact Mark was able to bring his survey date forward at short notice which was great for us. He turned up on time (this was so important to us given both my husband and I work from home) and other than him talking us through the process before he started, he completed the inspection with little or no disruption to us. Once he’d finished he told us how and when we’d get the report, and true to his word the next morning following payment it was in my inbox. The report was easy to understand and comprehensive, he’d picked up on snags I had on my list to submit to the developers so that was reassuring. My husband and I are so glad we chose MAH Inspections. Their work is well worth the money.

I received very prompt replies to my queries even out of hours. Mark was friendly and informative, but the survey was very thorough and picked up loads of issues I wouldn't have noticed. Also very quick to send the results.I would highly recommend.

Mark was a very comprehensive professional, we felt reassured that he would be diligent and work in our best interest.
He was very personable and explained all areas he found. The report provided was detailed and linked to NHBC standards which had made our request for correcting issues with the developers much easier. Each visit by the developer’s contractors is streamlined with photos and descriptions of the problem on the report.
Overall, we are incredibly happy with the service provided.

Worth every penny! Mark was great at explaining the process and what was identified. Incredibly professional and it’s very clear he knows what he’s doing!

MAH was hired to inspect my new build house. A service quotation was given an hour after I submitted an online inquiry followed by a phone call to describe what the service entails. Mark arrived at the site early and gave a quick run down on what he'd be doing that day. His work was thorough and detailed. A report with pictures detailed with findings was furnished on the same day. I could not fault it at all. The inspection was delivered without any hiccup.

We recently used MAH Inspections for our new build, and the experience was exceptional. Cheryl was incredibly responsive and helpful, even outside normal working hours, making the booking process seamless.

The comprehensive report, with photos and highlighted issues, was delivered within hours.

Value for Money! We engaged Mark from MAH to inspect our new house. He is extremely professional and conducts a very detailed inspection. The report is comprehensive yet easy to read with photos and highlights. Mark also takes the time to debrief us on the critical items and helps us set expectations for the developer's response. The service provided is truly value for money!

Absolutely top service, I would highly recommend MAH Inspections to anyone who will listen.

I have just bought a new build house and as an independent woman with not much clue on how things should be, I needed a professional snagger to come in and check things over. I also needed help to get to the bottom of an issue I was fighting with the developers.

From booking in to having the inspection done, the process was absolutely seamless. Cheryl, the Business Administrator was very responsive, informative and replied to emails no matter the day of the week or time of day.

Mark is extremely knowledgeable and really knows his stuff when it comes to building standards and regulations. He has extensive experience working in the construction industry which really shows when he’s explaining things to you in great detail. Before the inspection Mark did his research on who the developers are, who the warranty providers are, what their standards are and what the layout of the property is.

Mark was very thorough in the inspection and provided his full official report without a matter of hours. I was told that if I had any kick backs from the developers about any of the items on the list to let them know which I did. Cheryl immediately responded to the developers for me to query their response and reminded them they were all in line with the warranty providers standards.

Amazing service, I couldn’t fault it at all. Thank you Mark and Cheryl
