really poor customer service so don't believe all the over hyped videos online.

received a diffuser which is faulty- reported the issues numerous times only to be met with the same response of asking what the issue is.. requested for it to be returned for a refund and im thus ignored.

I will give them a few more days before a payment dispute is opened .

really poor service and nobody ever answers the phone which sort of tells you its a bedroom set up.
its uk based and not usa based as it says on trustpilot.

Just ordered some fragrances from this allegedly new company and because their website was faulty when I ordered and paid for it i received a cheeky phone call from the owner firstly accusing me of fraud then when he tried to laugh it off (only when he realised that it was a glitch on his site)told me that he would have to cancel my order and said because I paid via credit card I could wait the two plus days to receive my payment back,I feel hurt and will definitely not be ordering from this site again here a tip when setting up a new business make sure all checks are in place before selling to the public.

I have purchased several of the diffusers and oils over the last few months and can honestly say they are the best I have ever used! The diffusers look so stylish and well worth the money as a premium product, you get what you pay for!
The oils smell incredible, my favourite is white pepperwood so far.
Customer service is very very good when I have needed it.
All in all amazing products which I highly recommend and will never be without!!

We bought the 4 defusers and oils one of the defuseer snapped when we tried to take out the bottle only to be told my wife forced this which is a joke the oils smell of nothing trying to complain or get a refund is is pointless like pulling teeth 6 emails sent over 6 days completely ignored worst customer service i have ever experienced read other reviews we all cant be wrong they need to review how they treat customers it's shocking and so bad never would I buy from here again am now taking action in small claims court to get my refund this company will now incur further charges I'll update on here soon o and they smell nothing like hotell rooms no where near

Worse customer service going! Spoken to Buz who is actually the co owner of the company who thinks it’s acceptable to laugh and potential customers, tell them he doesn’t need customers, be extremely sarcastic, and thinks it’s appropriate to write wink faces.
