I placed my first order with Magnetic Mesh for a custom screen. Before placing my order, I emailed them several times with questions, and they responded almost immediately with clear, helpful answers.
When I received my screen, it was exactly what I wanted. The fit was perfect, and the quality exceeded my expectations.
Wanting to be proactive, I decided to order a second custom screen just in case anything ever happened to the first one. I emailed them again requesting the exact same custom screen, and once again they responded very quickly, even sending me a convenient link that made reordering incredibly easy.
When the second screen arrived, however, I noticed it had magnetic closures instead of the zippers I had originally ordered. I contacted them by email, explained the issue, and within just a few hours they had a replacement on its way—no questions asked.
Their customer service has been exemplary in a time when great customer service seems to have become rare. Their products are high quality, and they truly stand behind them. I will absolutely continue to order from them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom magnetic screen.
First, but not foremost, this company has the best customer service I have ever witnessed. Extremely quick response to all my questions. We have a 10 X 12 hardtop gazebo with netting going all the way around. If your hands were full you had to put things down to open the zipper. What we did was unzip one opening and pull the netting back. The metal posts were what we attached the mesh netting to. The tape and Velcro have a super grip so I can’t see having a problem with anything coming loose. The 2 sides of the magnet door, open and close immediately and it’s not hard to tell the mesh is of the best quality. I would give 10 stars if it were possible!!!
Magnetic Mesh Screen gets 5 stars because they made good on their promise after sending me the incorrect screen length. While this experience took 2 weeks, I received a new and corrected length for my balcony door. I had one inconvenience in being asked to measure the original screen sent. Tedious, cumbersome and time consuming. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality and usability of the screen, thus far.
I was genuinely impressed with how quickly they responded to my issue and how efficiently they helped me correct a mistake I made during the ordering process. From start to finish, the support felt prompt, attentive, and professional, which made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to resolve. Their willingness to step in right away and fix the problem really stood out and left me with a very positive experience.

The screen we ordered had a mistake in the manufacturing. When I contacted customer service, they responded right away, and are correcting the problem and sending me a new screen free of charge.

The magnetic mosquito screens I received are great! Nice mesh, magnetic closure and fit are perfect. These screens are definitely superior to the ones I bought from another company years ago. I spoke to Alex from customer service and he was very professional and helpful. I look forward to a mosquito/ bug free summer!!
