Terrible Customer Service
The principle product in my order, a SEEMEE 300 tail light, was not included in the package I received. I sent several emails to the company and so far, 48 hours later, there has been no reply.

The Magicshine EV 1700 is a great…
The Magicshine EV 1700 is a great light. My first ride with it, I was skeptical because I began the ride at dusk and felt the light was just okay. But as dark descended, I became more and more impressed with the light. At full dark, I really was blown away how well this tiny light illuminated the trail. Not only was the amount of light impressive, but the shape of the light pattern was so well done. The edges of the light cut off so cleanly that I am sure this light, properly aimed, would not be a nuisance to any approaching cyclist, walker or vehicle. I wish I could attach photos, it truly is impressive.

No customer service for a tail bike light that i bought six months ago and the battery was off after five months of very mild use.

Worst customer service
This review is not about product, but about customer service. They didn't sent items in time. When You ask them to cancel the order, they didn't answer at all. Instead, on the next day, they just marks items as shipped, but the tracking number shows, that shipping label is just created, and "parcel" didn't picked at all.
